Claims (4)
- 기판 글라스 상에 음전극을 적층 형성하는 공정과, 상기 음전극 상의 해당 개소마다 도트상이 흑연층을 형성 배열하여 고착화시키는 공정과, 상기 음전극의 주변으로 절연층을 적층 형성하는 공정과, 상기 고착화된 흑연층의 상면에 보호수지막을 코팅하여 경화시키는 공정과, 상기 절연층이 상면 소정 개소에 그리드를 스퍼터링 증착하는 공정과,상기 기판 고온 글라스를 고온 분위기에 넣어 소성함으로써 상기 보호수지막이 열분해되게 하여 상기 그리드의 내주변과 흑연층의 외주간격이 균일하게 형성되도록 하는 공정으로 행해지는 3극관형 전계 방출 표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상시 보호수지막은 자외선에 의해 경화되는 자외선 경화제가 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 3극관형 전계 방출 표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 보호수지막은 흑연층을 형성하는 흑연 페이스트에 함유된 무기질 바인더와 접촉하여 반응 경화되는 경화제가 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 3극관형 전계 방출 표시소자의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 보호수지막에는 네거티브형 감광제가 함유되고, 상기 흑연층(8)을 형성하는 흑연 페이스트에는 자외선 경화제가 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방출 표시소자의 제조 방법.
