Description
Claims (16)
- 광대역 CDMA 송신 시스템에서 다중 반송파의 이용을 할당하는 방법에 있어서,상기 다중 반송파 각각에 대한 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 단계와;반송파 지정을 동일하지 않게 할당하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 반송파 지정의 할당은 반송파의 선택을 더 높은 사용/간섭 반송파로부터 벗어나는 쪽으로 치우치게 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 단계는 상기 다중 반송파의 비 광대역 CDMA 반송파 이용을 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 단계는 공지된 전파 방해자에 의해 유발된 로딩을 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 단계는 상기 다중 반송파에 걸친 간섭의 임의의 결정론적 또는 통계학적 차이를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 단계는 상기 다중 반송파의 광대역 CDMA 반송파 이용을 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 단계가 다이내믹인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 지정을 할당하는 단계는 사용자에 대해 상기 다중 반송파 중 특정 반송파를 더 낮은 빈도로 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 지정을 할당하는 단계는 상기 더 높은 사용/간섭 반송파를 더 낮은 빈도로 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 광대역 CDMA 송신 시스템에서 다중 반송파의 이용을 할당하는 장치에 있어서,상기 다중 반송파 각각에 대한 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 수단과;반송파 지정을 동일하지 않게 할당하는 역다중화기를 포함하고,상기 역다중화기는 반송파의 선택을 더 높은 사용/간섭 반송파로부터 벗어나는 쪽으로 치우치게 하는 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 수단은 상기 다중 반송파의 비 광대역 CDMA 반송파 이용을 결정하는 수단을 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 수단은 공지된 전파 방해자에 의해 유발된 로딩을 결정하는 수단을 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 수단은 상기 다중 반송파에 걸친 간섭의 임의의 결정론적 또는 통계학적 차이를 결정하는 수단을 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 수단은 상기 다중 반송파의 광대역 CDMA 반송파 이용을 결정하는 수단을 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 반송파 이용/간섭을 결정하는 수단은 다이내믹으로 기능하는 장치.
