Claims (5)
- 브레비박테리움 플라붐 (Brevibacterium flavum), 브레비박테리움 락토퍼멘텀 (Brevibacterium lactofermetum), 브레비박테리움 암모니아게네스 (Brevibacterium ammoniagenes), 및 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum)으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 코리네형 글루타메이트 생산균인 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium) 속 미생물속에서 ATP-재생 능력을 강화시키는 유전자를 함유하는 재조합 플라스미드 벡터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ATP-재생 능력을 강화시킬 수 있는 유전자가 prs (PRPP synthase)인 벡터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벡터가 guaA(XMP aminase) 유전자를 2개 함유하는 것인 벡터.
- ATP-재생 능력을 강화시키는 유전자를 함유하는 재조합 플라스미드 벡터로 형질전환된 코리네형 글루타메이트 생산균인 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium) 속 미생물의 배양액과 XMP를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 5'-구아닐산의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium) 속 미생물이 브레비박테리움 플라붐 (Brevibacterium flavum), 브레비박테리움 락토퍼멘텀 (Brevibacterium lactofermetum), 브레비박테리움 암모니아게네스 (Brevibacterium ammoniagenes), 및 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum) 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
