Description
Claims (9)
- 내연기관의 구동시 공기가 자동적으로 배기다기관으로 유입되도록 하므로써 배기가스가 배기밸브를 통해 실린더내로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 흡입기로,배기다기관과 연결되는 포트를 갖는 연결구와, 상기 연결구에 결합되어 밸브자체의 압력보다 배기다기관내의 압력이 높을 때 배기가스가 포트를 통해 배출되는 것을 방지하는 제 1 일방향밸브 및 통로에 의해 상기 제 1 일방향밸브에 연결되는 제 2 일방향밸브를 포함하며, 이 제 2 일방향밸브는 제 2 일방향밸브의 압력보다 통로내의 압력이 낮을 때 공기가 통로내로 유입되도록 조절되고; 다양한 압력하에서 엔진속도의 증가에 의해 대기압 이상인 경우 제 2 일방향밸브로 공기를 공급하는 공기공급수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 배기다기관 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연결구는 배기다기관의 내측면까지 연장된 튜브형태로 이루어져 배기다기관에 결합된 포트까지 연장된 중공체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 배기다기관 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 중공체는 그 중간부에 팽창챔버가 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 배기다기관 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일방향밸브들은 각각 니들밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 배기다기관 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 통로는 그 중간부에 팽창챔버가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기다기관 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 일방향밸브는 개폐되는 압력을 수조작에 의하여 다양하게 조절할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로하는 배기다기관 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공기가 엔진이 장착된 차량의 전방으로 돌출된 흡입구를 갖는 공기 램에 의하여 제 2일방향밸브로 공급되므로써 차량의 속도에 비레하는 압력으로 공급되도록 한 것을 특징으로하는 배기다기관 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공기는 공기펌프에 의해서도 공급됨을 특징으로하는 배기다기관 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 공기펌프는 엔진 터보 차아저의 일부를 구성함을 특징으로하는 배기다기관 장치.
