Claims (7)
- 광섬유에 이동경로가 짧은 광칩을 연결하는 것 같이 도파관에 광방출 또는 광검출소자를 연결하는 방법에 있어서,상기 도파관에 상기 소자들을 연결할때, 상기 도파관 코어가 상기 소자의 활성표면에 상당히 밀접하게 설치되도록 D-섬유를 제공하기 위하여 상기 도파관과 상기 소자들 사이에 반사표면을 배치하고, 상기 도파관을 경사지게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관에 광방출 또는 광검출소자를 연결하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 D섬유를 제공하기 위하여 상기 도파관을 경사지게 하는 것은 상기 V홈의 위치에 상기 도파관을 고정시키는 것 같이 상기 경사진 도파관을 커버수단의 도움으로 V홈에 대하여 고정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관에 광방출 또는 광검출소자를 연결하는 방법.
- 광섬유를 광칩에 연결하는 것 같이 도파관에 광방출 또는 광검출소자를 연결하는 배치에 있어서,반사표면(12)은 상기 도파관(9) 앞쪽과 상기 소자(11)아래에 45도의 경사로 배치되고,상기 도파관(9)은 D섬유 제공하기 위하여 경사지고, 그결과, 상기 도파관의 코어(16)가 상기 소자에 상기 도파관을 연결할 때 상기 소자의 활성표면(10)에 상당히 밀접하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관에 광방출 또는 광검출소자를 연결하는 배치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 커버수단(20)은 캐리어 기판(13)의 상기 커버수단(20)과 V홈(19) 사이에 상기 도파관(9)을 고정하는 기능을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관에 광방출 또는 광검출소자를 연결하는 배치.
- 제3항에 있어서,기 홈은 상기 V홈(19)과 반사표면(12) 사이에 배치된 홈 밑면(15)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관에 광방출 또는 광검출소자를 연결하는 배치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 반사표면(12)은 상기 도파관 코어(16)아래의 벽면(14)에 의해 중단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관에 광방출 또는 광검출소자를 연결하는 배치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 반사표면(12) 아래에 인접하고 있는 벽면(14)은 상기 홈의 일부분을 형성하고, 또한, 상기 도파관(9)을 설치할때 도파관 부착수단을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관에 광방출 또는 광검출소자를 연결하는 배치.
