Claims (7)
- 마찰라이닝 재료와 지지판으로 구성되며 이 마찰라이닝 재료와 지지판사이에 상대적으로 연한 엘라스토머 재료의 층이 위치되는 브레이크 부재에 있어서, 열적열화에 대한 상대적인 고저항성과 상대적인 저열전도도를 갖는 또다른 엘라스토머 재료의 층이 마찰라이닝 재료와 상대적으로 연한 엘라스토머 재료의 층 사이에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 부재.
- 부재의 주면에 대해 횡방향으로 및/또는 종방향으로 연장되는 홈들을 갖는 제 1 항의 브레이크 부재에 있어서, 이 홈들이 마찰라이닝 재료와 또다른 층을 지나 상대적으로 연한 엘라스토머 재료의 층까지 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 부재.
- 제 1 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 또다른 층의 열전도도가 마찰라이닝재료 층의 열전도도의 8 - 12% 범위이나 상대적으로 연한 층의 열전도도보다는 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 부재.
- 제 1 - 3 항 중의 하나에 있어서, 마찰라이닝 재료와 엘라스토머재료의 층이 상온에서 200 ℃ 까지 가열될 때 동일한 열팽창양을 보이도록 성분배합됨을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 부재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 열팽창양이 8 ㎜ 의 시편칫수에 대해 0.01 - 0.05 ㎜ 범위임을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 부재.
- 상기항 중의 하나에 있어서, 상온에서 200 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 마찰라이닝 재료 층이 1000 - 2000 N/㎟ 범위의 탄성률을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 부재
- 첨부도면에 의해 예시된 것과 같으며 이 도면을 참조로 하여 여기에 설명된 것과 실질적으로 같은 브레이크 부재.
