Claims (20)
- 제어 프로그램의 소프트웨어-기능 모듈이 자동화 장치에 공급되며, 자동화 장치는 상기 제어 프로그램을 제어 동작 동안 주기적으로 및/또는 인터럽트 방식으로 처리하고, 상기 소프트웨어 기능모듈은 로드될 수 있고 제어 프로그램의 실행 시간에 제어 프로그램내로 결합될 수 있도록 형성된, 자동화 장치에 있어서,- 소프트웨어-기능모듈(SF01, ..., SF04)이 오브젝트 지향적으로 형성되고, 인터넷 및 자동화 장치의 인터넷 통신 인터페이스를 통해 자동화 장치내로 로드될 수 있고,- 자동화 장치는 소프트웨어-기능모듈-오브젝트(SF01, ..., SF04)의 결합 및 제어 프로그램의 처리를 위한 소프트웨어-기능모듈-실행 시스템(PLC-오브젝트-엔진-시스템; Bos, ExE, Wd, IO)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,- 소프트웨어-기능모듈-실행 시스템이 Exe-엔진-오브젝트(ExE), 워치 도그(Wd), 부트스트랩(Bos) 및 입력/출력-모듈-오브젝트를 포함하며, 입력 및 출력 모듈 오브젝트에는 입력 및 출력의 프로세스 이미지가 저장될 수 있고 프로세스 입력의 신호상태가 공급될 수 있으며, 입력 및 출력 모듈 오브젝트에 의해 신호상태가 프로세스 출력에 공급될 수 있고,- 부트스트랩(Bos)이 제어 동작의 시작 전에 소프트웨어-기능모듈-오브젝트(SF01, ..., SF04) 및 입력/출력-모듈-오브젝트(IO)를 형성하며,- 제어 프로그램의 주기적인 처리의 경우에는 처리될 소프트웨어-기능모듈-오브젝트(SF01, ..., SF04)의 리스트를,- 제어 프로그램의 인터럽트 방식 처리의 경우에는 각각의 프로세스 입력에 대해 처리될 소프트웨어-기능모듈-오브젝트(SF01, ..., SF04)의 리스트를 Exe-엔진-오브젝트(ExE)에 공급하고,- 부트스트랩(Bos)은 제어 동작의 시작시 Exe-엔진-오브젝트(ExE)를 스타트시키며, 상기 Exe-엔진-오브젝트(ExE)는 주기 시간의 초과시 Exe-엔진-오브젝트(ExE)를 리셋시키는 워치 도그(Wd)를 먼저 스타트시키고, 그 다음에 주기적으로- 프로세스 이미지의 입력을 업데이트하고,- 제어 프로그램의 주기적인 처리의 경우에는 소프트웨어-기능모듈-오브젝트(SF01, ..., SF04)의 하나의 처리 단계를 처리하고,- 제어 프로그램의 인터럽트 방식 처리의 경우에는 입력에서의 신호 상태 변동을 검출하고 상기 입력에 할당된 소프트웨어-기능모듈-오브젝트(SF01, ..., SF04)를 처리하며,- 프로세스 이미지의 출력을 업데이트하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, Exe-엔진-오브젝트(ExE) 및 워치 도그(Wd)가 "스레드"로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통신 인터페이스가 TCP/IP-프로토콜-통신을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소프트웨어-기능모듈(SF01, ..., SFO4)이 자바-바이트로 코딩되고 프로그래밍 언어 "JAVA C"로 또는 표준 IEC 1131에 따른 프로그래밍 언어로 작성될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 장치.
- 제어 프로그램이 자동화 장치에 공급될 수 있고, 자동화 장치는 제어 동작 동안 제어 프로그램을 주기적으로 및/또는 인터럽트 방식으로 처리하며, 상기 소프트웨어 기능모듈이 로드될 수 있고 제어 프로그램의 실행 시간에 제어 프로그램내로 결합되도록 형성된, 제어 프로그램의 소프트웨어-기능모듈을 작성하기 위한 프로그래밍 장치에 있어서,- 프로그래밍 장치는 소프트웨어-기능모듈(SF01, ..., SF04)을 오브젝트 지향적으로 형성되도록 작성하고,- 프로그래밍 장치가 소프트웨어-기능모듈(SF01, ..., SF04)을 인터넷 및 프로그래밍 장치의 인터넷-통신 인터페이스를 통해 자동화 장치에 공급하고 및/또는- 소프트웨어-기능모듈(SF01, ..., SF04)이 인터넷 및 인터넷 통신 인터페이스를 통해 프로그래밍 장치에 공급될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로그래밍 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 프로그래밍 장치가 제어 프로그램의 시뮬레이션을 위해 소프트웨어-기능모듈-실행 시스템(PLC-오브젝트-엔진-시스템; Bos, ExE, Wd, IO)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로그래밍 장치.
- 제 6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 통신 인터페이스가 TCP/IP-프로토콜 통신을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로그래밍 장치.
- 제 6항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소프트웨어-기능모듈(SF01, ..., SF04)이 프로그래밍 장치에서 실행 가능한 프로그래밍 언어 "JAVA C" 또는 표준 IEC 1131 에 따른 프로그래밍 언어로 작성될 수 있고 프로그래밍 장치에 의해 자바-바이트로 코팅되어 컴파일될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로그래밍 장치.
- 다수의 이미지 오브젝트를 포함하는, 프로세스 제어를 위한 프로세스 이미지를 작성하고 디스플레이하기 위한 조작 및 관측 프로그램의 조작 및 관측 소프트웨어 모듈을 포함하며, 이미지 오브젝트가 제어 프로그램의 소프트웨어-기능모듈에 관련되고, 자동화 장치가 제어 동작 동안 상기 제어 프로그램을 처리하며, 조작 및 관측 소프트웨어 모듈이 로드될 수 있고 조작 및 관측 프로그램의 실행 시간에 조작 및 관측 프로그램내로 결합될 수 있도록 형성되는, 조작 및 관측 장치에 있어서,- 조작 및 관측 장치가 조작 및 관측 소프트웨어 모듈을 오브젝트 지향적으로 형성되도록 작성하고,- 조작 및 관측 소프트웨어 모듈이 조작 및 관측 장치에 의해 인터넷 및 조작 및 관측 장치의 인터넷-통신 인터페이스를 통해 전송되며 및/또는- 조작 및 관측 소프트웨어 모듈 및/또는 프로세스 값이 인터넷 및 인터넷-통신 인터페이스를 통해 조작 및 관측 장치에 공급될 수 있고,- 조작 및 관측 장치가 조작 및 관측 소프트웨어 모듈의 처리를 위한 조작 및 관측 소프트웨어 모듈-실행 시스템(조작 및 관측-오브젝트-엔진-시스템)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작 및 관측 장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 통신 인터페이스가 TCP/IP-프로토콜-통신을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작 및 관측 장치.
- 제 10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 조작 및 관측 소프트웨어 모듈이 조작 및 관측 장치에서 실행 가능한 프로그래밍 언어 "JAVA C" 또는 표준 IEC 1131에 따른 프로그래밍 언어로 작성될 수 있고 조작 및 관측 장치에 의해 자바-바이트로 코딩되어 컴파일될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작 및 관측 장치.
