Claims (5)
- 변형 또는 열처리에 의해서 "사용 준비된" 와이어를 얻기 위해 의도된 와이어 스토우크에 있어서, 0.2 중량 % 내지 0.6 중량 % 의 탄소함량을 갖는 미세합금 강으로 제조되며, 상기 강은 바나듐, 몰리브덴 및 크롬으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 합금 성분을, 최소 0.05 중량 % 내지 최대 0.5 중량 % 인 상기 합금 성분 또는 상기 합금 성분들의 조합물의 비율로 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 스토우크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄소 함량은 0.3 중량 % 내지 0.5 중량 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 스토우크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,탄소 함량은 약 0.4 중량 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 스토우크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 강의 조성은 다음 관계, 0.3 % ≤ Mn ≤ 0.6 %; 0.1 % ≤ Si ≤ 0.3 %; P ≤ 0.02 %; S ≤ 0.02 % (중량 %) 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 스토우크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,합금 성분, 또는 합금 성분들의 조합물은, 강 조성의 0.3 중량 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 스토우크.
