- 양극 집전체의 하나 이상의 주면 (主面) 상에 형성된 양극 합제층 (合劑層)을 갖는 대상 (帶狀) 양극 및 음극 집전체의 하나 이상의 주면 상에 형성된 음극 합제층을 갖는 대상 음극을 적층하고, 형성된 적층물을 상기 양극이 코일 전극의 최외주부 (最外周部)에 위치하도록 감아 형성시킨 코일 전극을 포함하고,상기 양극 합제층은 상기 양극의 최외주 단부에 인접한 위치 및(또는) 상기 양극의 최내주 (最內周) 단부에 인접한 위치에서 상기 집전체의 한 주면에만 형성되어 있고, 상기 양극 합제층은 상기 양극의 최외주 단부에서 상기 양극 집전체 상에 형성되어 있지 않고, 상기 양극 집전체만이 형성되어 있고,상기 음극 합제층은 상기 음극의 최외주 단부에서 상기 음극 집전체 상에 형성되어 있지 않고, 상기 음극 집전체만이 형성되어 있고,상기 음극의 최외주 단부에 위치한 상기 음극 집전체의 최외주 단부는 상기 코일 전극의 내주에서 상기 코일 전극의 외주를 향하는 방향으로 상기 양극 집전체의 최외주 단부보다 전방에 위치한 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일 전극이 상기 음극의 최외주 단부에 위치한 상기 음극 집전체의 최외주 단부에 인접한 음극 리드를 포함하고, 상기 음극 리드는 상기 양극의 최외주 단부에 위치한 상기 양극 집전체의 최외주 단부보다 전방에 위치한 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일 전극이 서로 상기 코일 전극의 내주부에서 상기 코일 전극의 외주를 향하는 방향으로 전후에 위치하는, 상기 음극의 최외주 단부에 위치한 상기 음극 집전체의 최외주 단부에서 상기 양극의 최외주 단부에 위치한 상기 양극 집전체의 최외주 단부까지의 거리 L이 0 < L ≤ πd (여기서, d는 코일 전극의 직경임)의 관계를 만족시키는 구조를 갖는 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 합제가 음극 재료 및 결합제를 포함하는 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 음극 재료가 리튬 이온을 도핑/탈도핑시킬 수 있는 결정질 금속산화물 및 무정형 금속산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 물질인 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 합제가 양극 재료, 도전재 및 결합제를 함유하는 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 양극 재료가 LiMO2(여기서, M은 Co, Ni, Mn, Fe, Al, V 및 Ti 중 1종 이상임) 및 Li를 함유하는 내층 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격리판이 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 물질로 제조된 것인 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 집전체가 알루미늄, 스테인레스강 및 니켈로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 물질로 제조된 것인 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극 집전체가 구리, 스테인레스강 및 니켈로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 물질로 제조된 것인 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수성 전해액 이차 전지가 전해질을 비수성 용매 중에 용해시켜 제조한 비수성 전해액을 함유하고, 상기 비수성 용매는 프로필렌 카르보네이트, 에틸렌 카르보네이트, 1,2-디메톡시에탄, 1,2-디에톡시에탄, 디에틸카르보네이트, γ-부티로락톤, 테트라히드로퓨란, 1,3-디옥솔란, 4-메틸-1,3-디옥솔란, 디에틸에테르, 술포란, 메틸술포란, 아세토니트릴 및 프로피오니트릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질인 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전해질이 LiClO4, LiAsF6, LiPF6, LiBF4, LiB(C6H5)4, LiCl, LiBr, LiSO3CH3및 LiSO3CF3으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 물질인 비수성 전해액 이차 전지.
