Claims (10)
- 함께 작동하도록 연관되고 그들간의 거리의 중간 지점에 대해 서로 반대편에 있는 적어도 두 개의 잉크 분출 오리피스(1103, 1107)를 갖는 오리피스판(107')을 포함하는 잉크 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드에 있어서,적어도 두 개의 오리피스 각각은 상기 거리의 중앙 지점에 대해 서로 대칭이 되는 기하형상의 면적을 가지는 잉크 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 두 개의 오리피스 각각은 비전도성 오리피스를 더 포함하는 잉크 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프린트헤드는 상기 적어도 두 개의 오리피스를 연결하는 히터 레지스터(201)와, 상기 히터 레지스터가 잉크중 일부를 증기화하기에 충분한 에너지로 여자될 때 적어도 두 개의 오리피스 모두로부터 잉크가 분출되도록 상기 히터 레지스터와 상기 오리피스판 사이에 배치된 잉크 화이어링 챔버(207)를 더 포함하는 잉크 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드.
- 잉크 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드에 있어서,복수개의 표면으로 형성된 잉크 화이어링 챔버(207)와,내측면과 외측면을 갖는 오리피스판(107')을 포함하며, 상기 내측면은 상기 잉크 화이어링 챔버의 복수개의 표면중 적어도 일 표면을 형성하는 잉크 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 비원형 오리피스 각각은 상기 오리피스판의 외측면상에 연속적으로 형성된 개구를 더 갖는 잉크 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드.
- 잉크 프린팅 장치용 다공성 판을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,전도성 표면(103)상에, 상기 전도성 표면을 노출시키는 적어도 하나의 형상부와 사전결정된 외주변을 갖는 비전도성 물질층(105')을 배치하는 단계와,층(107')을 상기 전도성 기재상에 적층하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 층은 소정의 두께를 가지며 상기 외주변으로부터 상기 비전도성 물질층위로 연장되고 상기 적어도 하나의 형상부의 거리는 상기 두께와 거의 동일하여 적어도 두 개의 오리피스(1103, 1107)가 다공성판에 형성되게 하는 잉크 프린팅 장치용 다공성판 형성 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 비전도성 물질층을 배치하는 단계는 상기 외주변을 선형 측변을 갖는 기하형상으로 형성하는 단계와 상기 적어도 하나의 형상부를 원형 단면의 중심 구멍으로서 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 잉크 프린팅 장치용 다공성판 형성 방법.
- 제 6 항의 방법에 따라 형성된 잉크젯 프린터용 다공성판.
- 잉크젯 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드를 구성하는 방법에 있어서,서로 함께 작동하는 적어도 두 개의 잉크 분출 오리피스(1103, 1107)를 갖는 오리피스판(107')을 형성하는 단계와,이들간의 거리의 중간 지점에 대해 상기 적어도 두 개의 잉크 분출 오리피스를 서로 대향하게 배치하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 적어도 두 개의 오리피스중 각각은 상기 거리의 중간 지점을 중심으로 서로 대칭이되는 기하 영역을 가지는 잉크젯 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드 구성 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 두 개의 오리피스에 연관된 히터 레지스터(201)를 기재상에 배치하는 단계와,상기 히터 레지스터를 중심으로 잉크 화이어링 챔버(207)를 형성하는 단계와,상기 히터 레지스터가 잉크중 일부를 기화시키기에 충분한 에너지로 에너지화될 때 상기 적어도 두 개의 오리피스 양자로부터 분출되도록 상기 잉크 화이어링 챔버에 상기 오리피스판을 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린팅 장치용 프린트헤드 구성 방법.
