Claims (14)
- 하나의 층이 전기 전도성인 전기 발색 폴리디옥시티오펜이고, 또다른 층이 화학식 1 내지 6으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 이온 저장 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 층 구조를 갖는 전기 발색 소자.[화학식 1]Me1O2[화학식 2]Me2 2O5[화학식 3]LixMe1O2[화학식 4]LixMe2 2O5[화학식 5]LixMe1O2+x/2[화학식 6]LixMe2 2O5+x/2식 중,Me1및 Me2는 각기 멘델레예프 주기표의 전이족 III, IV 및 V의 금속이고,x는 0.001 내지 5이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Me1이 지르코늄, 세륨 또는 티타늄이고, Me2가 바나듐 또는 니오븀인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온 저장 화합물이 하기의 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.V2O5LixV2O5LixV2O5+x/2CeO2LixCeO2LixCeO2+x/2Nb2O5LixNb2O5.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온 저장 화합물이 하기 화학식의 혼합물 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.TiO2- CeO2CeO2- V2O5TiO2- V2O5LixCeO2- LixV2O5LixTiO2- LixV2O5LixTiO2- LixCeO2V2O5- Nb2O5LixV2O5- LixNb2O5.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리디옥시티오펜이 화학식 7의 구조 단위로 이루어지며, 폴리음이온이 카운터이온으로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.[화학식 7]식 중,A1및 A2는 서로 독립적으로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 (C1-C4)-알킬이거나, 함께 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 (C1-C4)-알킬렌을 형성하고,n은 2 내지 10,000의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리디옥시티오펜이 화학식 7a 또는 화학식 7b의 구조 단위로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.[화학식 7a][화학식 7b]식 중,R1및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 (C1-C18)-알킬, (C2-C12)-알케닐, (C3-C7)-시클로알킬, (C7-C15)-아르알킬, (C6-C10)-아릴, (C1-C18)-알킬옥시, 또는 (C2-C18)-알킬옥시 에스테르이고,R3및 R4는 서로 독립적으로, 수소이지만 동시에 수소는 아니거나, (C1-C18)-알킬, (C2-C12)-알케닐, (C3-C7)-시클로알킬, (C7-C15)-아르알킬, (C6-C10)-아릴, (C1-C18)-알킬옥시, 또는 (C2-C18)-알킬옥시 에스테르이고, 이들 각각은 하나 이상의 술포네이트기로 치환되며,n은 2 내지 10,000 이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리디옥시티오펜이 화학식 8a 또는 화학식 8b의 구조 단위로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.[화학식 8a][화학식 8b]식 중,R3및 n은 청구항 6에 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리음이온이 중합체성 카르복실산 및(또는) 중합체성 술폰산의 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판 상에 하나 이상의 투명한 전기 전도성 코팅이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 전극 물질이 전기 전도성 폴리디옥시티오펜인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속으로 경면화된 플레이트가 전기적 접점을 만들기 위한 전도성 층으로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 (가교형 또는 비가교형), Li 염, 용매 또는 용매 혼합물 성분으로 이루어진 투명한 겔 전해질이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광가교성 중합체가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.
- 제12항에 있어서, 유기 및(또는) 무기 충전제 및(또는) 첨가제가 겔 전해질에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발색 소자.
