Claims (3)
- 보강제인 실리카가 캡트레드에 다량 배합된 타이어에 있어서,상기 캡트레드(1) 및 그 하부에 부착되는 언더트레드(2)의 상부 일부분이 포함되는 그루우브(4)가 형성되고, 이 그루우브(4)의 표면 및 상기 캡트레드(1)의 표면에 피막(3)이 도포되어, 이 피막(3)을 통해 타이어의 마모시까지 차량에서 발생되는 정전기를 지속적으로 방전시킬 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 타이어의 정전기 방지구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피막(3)의 두께는 0.5~2.0mm 이고, 상기 언더트레드(2)의 상부면와 그루우브(4)의 밑면까지의 길이(a)는 0.5mm 이상으로 성형되는 한편, 그루우브(4)의 길이(b)와의 비율, 즉 a/b 는 0.6 이하로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 타이어의 정전기 방지구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피막(3)은 전기전도성이 우수한 재질로서, 카본블랙이 50 PHR 이상 함유되고, 전기저항치가 100 MΩ·cm 이하이며, 보강제중 카본블랙이 차지하는 비율이 70% 이상인 고무조성물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 타이어의 정전기 방지구조.
