Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 공작물을 가공할 때에 분사노즐에서 가공부를 향해 복수 종류의 액체를 각각 따로따로 분사한 후, 이것을 안개형상화시키면서 서로 혼합시키고, 그 혼합 안개형상체를 상기 가공부에 공급하면서 가공하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작가공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분사노즐에서 분사한 복수 종류의 액체를 향해 상기 분사노즐에서 압축공기를 분사하고, 이 압축공기의 분사류를 상기 분사된 복수 종류의 액체에 충돌시키는 것에 의해 상기 복수 종류의 액체를 안개형상화시키면서 서로 혼합시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작가공방법.
- 공작가공장치에 분사노즐을 갖는 공기공급배관을 설치하고, 상기 분사노즐의 선단부에 분사구멍을 뚫어 설치하는 동시에 외부둘레부에 공기출구를 뚫어 설치하고, 상기 공기공급배관 내에 복수개의 액체공급배관을 배치하고, 이러한 각 액체공급배관의 선단개구부를 상기 분사노즐의 분사구멍에 개구하고, 상기 공기공급배관에 압축공기를 공급하는 동시에 상기 각 액체공급배관에 각각 다른 종류의 액체를 공급하고, 상기 공기공급배관에 공급한 압축공기를 분사노즐의 공기출구에서 분출시킨 후 분사구멍을 향해 유동시키고, 각 액체공급배관의 선단개구부에서 분사하는 액체에 충돌시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 안개형상체 공급장치.
- 공작물을 가공할 때에 복수의 분사노즐에서 다른 종류의 액체를 각각 따로따로 가공부를 향해 분사한 후 상기 액체를 안개형상화시키고, 이러한 각 안개형상체를 상기 가공부에 공급하면서 가공하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작가공방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 분사노즐에 있어서, 각 분사노즐에서 분사한 액체를 향해 각 분사노즐에서 압축공기를 분사하고, 이 압축공기의 분사류를 상기 액체에 충돌시키는 것에 의해 안개형상화시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작가공방법
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 분사노즐 가운데, 한 개의 분사노즐에서 냉각수를 분사하여 안개형상화하고, 이 안개형상체를 가공공구의 경사면측에 공급하고, 별도의 분사노즐에서 절삭유제를 분사하여 안개형상화하고, 이 안개형상체를 가공공구의 우회면측에 공급하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작가공방법.
- 공작가공장치에 분사노즐을 갖는 복수개의 공기공급배관을 설치하고, 상기 각 분사노즐의 선단부에 분사구멍을 뚫어 설치하는 동시에, 외부둘레부에 공기출구를 뚫어 설치하고, 상기 각 공기공급배관 내에 한 개의 액체공급배관을 배치하고, 이러한 각 액체공급배관의 선단개구부를 상기 각 분사노즐의 분사구멍에 개구하고, 상기 각 공기공급배관에 압축공기를 공급하는 동시에, 상기 각 액체공급배관에 각각 다른 종류의 액체를 공급하고, 상기 각 공기공급배관에 있어서, 이것에 공급한 압축공기를 분사노즐의 공기출구에서 분출시킨 후 분사구멍을 향해 유동시키고, 액체공급배관의 선단개구부에서 분사하는 액체에 충돌시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 안개형상체 공급장치.
