Claims (1)
- 중량%로, C 0.01-0.15%, Si 0.50%이하, Mn 0.5-2.0%, P 0.020%이하, S 0.010%이하, Al 0.005-0.050%를 기본성분으로 함유하고, 여기에 Cu:0.08-0.50%, Ni 0.08-0.50%, Ti, Nb, V을 각각 0.005-0.050%, Cr,Mo를 각각 0.01-1.0%, Ca 0.0010- 0.0050%를 1종 이상 함유하고, 기타 불가피한 불순물과 잔량 Fe로 조성된 강괴를 제조한 후에 1000-1200℃의 온도범위로 가열한 후에 열간압연한 다음 Ar3변태점 이상의 온도에서 상온까지 7℃/sec 이상의 냉각속도로 가속냉각하고 공냉한 후에 다시 재가열하여 Ac1∼Ac3변태점 사이의 온도에서 10-80% 범위 압하율로 열간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항복비를 가진 고강도 후강판의 제조방법.
