Claims (8)
- 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 기계부품의 작업면 보다 연질인 금속재로 이루어진 공급체를 마련하는 단계와, 기계부품 및 공급체를 서로 상대적으로 회전시키면서 공급체를 기계부품의 작업면에 가압 용접하는 단계로 이루어져, 상기 공급체를 구성하는 금속재의 일부가 기계부품의 작업면으로 이동하여 금속재 필름을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기계부품은 하나의 축을 중심으로 회전하는 회전자이고, 그 회전자의 작업면은 상기 축을 중심으로하고 그 축과 수직인 방향으로 연장하는 환형 또는 원형 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기계부품과 접촉하는 공급체의 단부는 그 기계부품의 환형 또는 원형 작업면에 상응하는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법.
- 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 필름은 하나의 축을 중심으로하고 그 축에 수직인 방향으로 가로질러 연장하는 기계부품의 작업면에 형성되고,A) 기계부품의 작업면 보다 연질인 금속재로 구성되고 동시에 환형인 작업면 형상에 상응하는 환형 단부를 구비한 공급체를 준비하는 단계와,B) 기계부품의 축 및 공급체의 축을 서로 일치 시키고, 기계부품의 작업면과 공급체의 단부를 대향되게 대치한 상태로 기계부품과 공급체를 서로 상대적으로 회전시키는 단계와,C) 상기 B단계의 상대적인 회전상태를 유지시키면서 기계부품의 작업면을 공급체의 단부와 접촉시키고, 그 접촉중에 소정 압력을 가하는 단계와,D) 소정 시간 경과 후에 상기 C단계에서 서로 접촉하고 있던 기계부품과 공급체를 분리시키고, B단계의 대기상태로 복귀시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 일련의 B단계, C단계, D단계를 한 싸이클로 구성하고, 그 싸이클을 다수 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급체를 구성하는 금속재는 기계부품을 구성하는 재료 보다 융점이 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기계부품을 형성하는 재료는 철 계열 재료이고, 공급체를 형성하는 금속재는 알루미늄계 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기계부품은 회전사판형 콤플레서에 사용되는 회전사판인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품에 필름을 형성하는 방법.
