Claims (8)
- 적어도 하나의 기판-이동된 도파관 및 적어도 하나의 광 장치간의 물리적인 연결용 도파관 컨넥터를 정렬시키는 방법에 있어서,도파관 컨넥터를 복수의 기판-이동된 도파관에 인접해서 설치하는 단계와;도파관 컨넥터상의 정렬소자 및 기판상의 대응하는 정렬소자가 서로 맞물리도록 기판을 흔드는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도파관 컨넥터의 정렬 방법.
- 하나 이상의 광 장치 및 기판(10)상에 배치된 하나 이상의 도파관(15)간의 물리적인 연결용의 적어도 하나 이상의 도파관(15) 및 적어도 하나의 도파관 컨넥터(1)를 포함하는 장치에 있어서,도파관 컨넥터(1)는 기판(10)상에 배치되는 대응하는 정렬소자로 끼워맞추는 정렬소자(2, 4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 도파관 컨넥터(1)상의 접촉표면이 도파관(15)의 길이축과 각도 a를 형성하고, 도파관의 길이축 및 서로에 모두 직교하는 2개의 축선에 관련해서 각도 b, c를 형성하고; 적어도 하나의 광 장치는 대응하는 상보 각도 a', b' 및 c'를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항 및 제3항에 있어서, 도파관 컨넥터(1)가 적어도 하나의 가이드 다리(7)를 포함하고; 기판(10)이 도파관 컨넥터(1)상에서 가이드 다리(7)를 수납하기 위해 사용된 적어도 하나의 개구(16)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항 및 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 도파관 컨넥터(1)가 적어도 2개의 가이드 다리(7)를 포함하고; 기판이 도파관 컨넥터(1)상에서 가이드 다리(7)에 대응해서 사용되는 적어도 하나의 텅(17)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기판(10) 및 도파관 컨넥터(1)상에서 정렬소자(2, 4)는 그들이 서로 접촉할 수 있는 위치에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 도파관 컨넥터(1)는 예를 들어 MT 장치를 수납하는 가이드 구멍(5)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 도파관(1)은 도파관(15)위에서 적어도 하나의 관통-침투 구멍(9)을 포함하고, 상기 관통-침투 구멍은 아교로 하여금 예를 들어 도파관 컨넥터를 기판에 고정시킬 목적으로 주입되도록 하는 기능을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
