Claims (10)
- 컵형상의 파일하우징(10)내에 수용된 전기자를 구비한 구동모터와; 구동축(30)상에 위치하며, 구동모터의 전기자축(12)과 결합된 워엄(14)과 맞물리는 하나 이상의 워엄휠(32)을 수용하기 위하여 파일하우징(10)의 정면에 고정된 기어케이싱(20)을 둘러싸며,상기 구동축(30)은, 전기자축(12)과 구동축(30) 사이의 축간격(a)을 조정하기 위해서 기어케이싱(20) 내에서 비틀릴 수 있으며 그리고 이러한 비틀림이 유지된 상태로 조립될 수 있는 편심부싱(40)내에 배치되며, 상기 편심부싱(40)은 이 편심부싱의 실린더 외면(48)으로부터 이격된 플랜지(41)를 갖는, 특히 차량의 와이퍼용 전기구동장치에 있어서,상기 편심부싱(40)은, 이 편심부싱이 플랜지(41)로부터 이격된 위치에서보다 플랜지(41)를 향하는 위치에서 더 큰 직경을 갖는 식으로 단계적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 편심부싱(40)은 연속적으로 비틀릴 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 편심부싱(40)은 복수의 안내부품(42)을 가지며, 이 안내부품(42)은 편심부싱의 정면에 형성된 플랜지(41)에 고정되며 동일 각도로 상호 배치되어 기어케이싱(20)에 형성된 안내부품(22)과 맞물리도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 안내부품(42, 22)들은 각각 상호 약 30o각도로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 편심부싱(40)은 합성수지로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 편심부싱(40)의 플랜지(41)상에는 축에 대해 돌출된 패킹와셔(packing washer; 49)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 편심부싱(40)의 실린더내표면에는 오일그루브(oil groove; 46)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 편심부싱(40)은 이 편심부싱의 전체 길이보다 더 큰 틈새가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 편심부싱(40)은 기어케이싱(20)내에서 압축결합을 통하여 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 편심부싱(40)의 횡단면 직경은 편심부싱(40) 길이의 중간영역에서, 주로 중간에서 약간 벗어나서, 더 구체적으로 말하면 플랜지(41)를 향하는 영역의 중간에서 감소(Da1로부터 Da2까지)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동장치.
