Claims (8)
- 밸브종축(2)과, 자석스풀(10)에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸이는 코어(11)와, 고정자(12)와, 밸브시트(26)와 연동하는 밸브폐쇄보디(13)와, 상기 고정자(12)와 밸브폐쇄보디(13) 사이를 연결하는 관형의 연결부(14)를 포함하는 전자기로 동작되는 밸브에서 상기 연결부(14)에는 그 벽을 관통하는 슬릿(51)이 형성되어 있고, 이 슬릿은 연결부(14) 전체 축방향 길이에 걸쳐 연장되어 있는 전자기로 동작되는 밸브, 특히 혼합압축 불꽃점화 내부 연소 엔진의 연료 분사장치를 위한 연료분사밸브에 있어서,밸브폐쇄보디(13)를 향한 쪽 말단(56)측의 슬릿영역(53) 내에 있는 슬릿(51)은 그 건너편 나머지의 축방향 연장부의 슬릿부분보다 개구폭이 더 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기로 작동되는 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부(14)는 금속박판으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기로 작동되는 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 말단(56)의 슬릿(41) 개구폭은 상기 대향편 나머지 연장부 개구폭의 약 20% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기로 작동되는 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연장부(14)의 벽에는 상기 벽을 관통하는 하나이상의 흐름개구(55)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기로 작동되는 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연결부(14)의 말단(56)에서 그 외주부분에서 상기 슬릿(51)을 정면으로 마주보도록 노치(59)가 구성되며, 상기 노치는 아래 전방측(60) 방향으로 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기로 작동되는 밸브.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 노치(59)는 물방울형태로 구성되어, 아래 전방측(60) 방향으로 그 개구폭이 볼록해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기로 작동되는 밸브.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 연결부(14)는 천공법과 그 다음에는 롤링 또는 벤딩으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기로 작동되는 밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 연결부(14)를 금속박판으로 제조하기 위해 천공된 박판단면(50)은 넓게 연장된 직각형을 가지며, 상기 박판단면(50)의 일측 말단(56)에는 그 길이쪽이 약간 밖으로 돌출되는 확장부(57)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기로 작동되는 밸브.
