Claims (18)
- 하기 화학식 II의 화합물을 하기 화학식 III의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 IV의 화합물을 얻은 뒤, 탈보호시키고, 임의로는 제약학상 허용가능한 염을 형성하는 것을 포함하는, 하기 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 그의 제약학상 허용가능한 염의 제조 방법.<화학식 I><화학식 II><화학식 III><화학식 IV>상기 식 중에서,R1및 R2는 독립적으로 페닐 또는 4-플루오로페닐이고,R3은 수소, C1-4알킬 또는 메톡시카르보닐이고,R4는 수소 또는 메틸이고,R5, R6, R7, R8, R9및 R10은 독립적으로 C1-6알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 모두 페닐인 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, R3이 C1-4알킬인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R4가 수소인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1, R2, R3, R8, R9및 R10이 모두 메틸인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 화합물이 2-아미노-N-(1,2-디페닐-1-메틸에틸)아세트아미드 또는 그의 제약학상 허용가능한 염인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 무수물 반응이 약 -30 내지 약 10 ℃의 온도 범위에서 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 무수물 반응이 약 -5 ℃에서 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 무수물 반응이 용매로서 디클로로메탄을 사용하여 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 무수물 반응이 질소 대기 하에서 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 III의 화합물이 하기 화학식 V의 화합물을 하기 화학식 VI의 화합물과 혼합하고, 이어서 유기 아민을 첨가함으로써 제조되는 것인 방법.<화학식 V><화학식 VI>상기 식 중에서,R5, R6, R7, R8, R9및 R10은 상기 화학식 III에서 정의한 바와 같고,L은 이탈기이다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 유기 아민이 트리에틸아민인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 무수물 반응에 이어 산 가수분해에 의해 화학식 IV의 화합물로부터 보호기를 제거하는 것인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 재결정하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 재결정이 메탄올/IPA를 사용하여 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제14 또는 제15항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 화합물이 2-아미노-N-(1,2-디페닐-1-메틸에틸)아세트아미드 염산염인 방법.
- 제1 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 방법에 따라 제조된 2-아미노-N-(1,2-디페닐-1-메틸에틸)아세트아미드, 또는 그의 제약학상 허용가능한 염.
- 제1항에 정의된 화학식 III의 화합물.
