Description
Claims (15)
- 이종 수소화 촉매의 존재 하에서 증기상 말레산 무수물을 수소화하는 단계를 포함하는 부탄-1,4-디올, γ-부티롤락톤, 및 테트라하이드로푸란 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 C4화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 흡수 영역(absorption zone) 내에서 말레산 무수물 증기, 수증기, 및 탄소 산화물을 함유하는 증기 스트림을 말레산 대기압 하에서 무수물의 끓는점보다 적어도 약 30℃ 이상 높은 끓는점을 가지는 고비점 에스테르―여기서 고비점 에스테르는 13개 이하의 탄소원자로 이루어지는 알킬 디카르복시산의 디-(C1내지 C4알킬) 에스테르, 말레산, 푸마르산, 숙신산, 및 이들의 혼합물의 모노- 및 디-(C10내지 C18알킬) 에스테르, 나프탈렌모노카르복시산의 (C1내지 C4알킬) 에스테르, 방향족 트리카르복시산의 트리-(C1내지 C4알킬) 에스테르, 및 이소프탈산의 디-(C1내지 C4알킬) 에스테르 중에서 선택됨―와 접촉시켜 고비점 유기 용매 내의 말레산 무수물 용액을 제조하는 단계;(b) 흡수 영역으로부터 폐기 가스 스트림을 회수하는 단계;(c) 고비점 에스테르 내의 말레산 무수물 용액을 수소를 함유하는 기체 스트림과 접촉시켜 이들로부터 말레산 무수물을 스트립하고 수소 및 말레산 무수물을 포함하는 증기 스트림을 제조하는 단계;(d) 수소화 반응 조건하의 수소화 영역에서 단계 (c)의 증기 스트림 물질을 이종 수소화 촉매와 접촉시켜 수소화에 의하여 말레산 무수물을 부탄-1,4-디올, γ-부티롤락톤, 및 테트라하이드로푸란 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 C4화합물로 전환시키는 단계; 및(e) 수소화 영역으로부터 상기 적어도 하나의 C4화합물을 함유하는 생성물 스트림을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,단계 (a)의 증기 스트림이 부분 산화 촉매의 존재 하에서 산소 분자를 사용하여 탄화수소 원료를 부분 산화시켜 제조되는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,탄화수소 원료가 n-부탄인 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,부분 산화 촉매가 바나듐 펜톡사이드를 포함하고 부분 산화 조건으로 약 350℃ 내지 450℃의 온도, 약 1 bar 내지 약 3 bar의 압력, 약 15:1 내지 50:1의 공기 대 n-부탄의 비율, 및 약 0.01초 내지 약 0.5초의 접촉 시간을 포함하는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단계 (a)에서 증기상 말레산 무수물 스트림이 약 60℃ 내지 160℃ 범위의 온도 및 약 1 bar 내지 3 bar의 압력 하에서 고비점 에스테르와 접촉되어 고비점 에스테르 내에 말레산 무수물을 포함하는 용액을 형성하는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,접촉 단계가 기체-액체 접촉 장치 내에서 상승하는 증기 스트림이 하강하는 고비점 에스테르 스트림과 접촉되는 역류 접촉 장치 내에서 수행되는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고비점 에스테르가 메틸 에스테르인 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,고비점 에스테르가 디메틸 세바케이트인 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단계 (a)에 사용되는 고비점 에스테르가 수소 스트립 단계(c)에서 얻어지는 재순환 물질을 포함하는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수소 스트립 단계가 실질적인 수소화 영역으로의 주입 압력 하에서 수행되는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수소 스트립 단계가 수소화 영역으로의 주입 온도 내지 수소화 영역으로의 주입 온도의 약 20℃ 이하의 온도에서 수행되는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수소화 단계가 약 150℃ 내지 300℃의 온도 및 약 5 bar 내지 100 bar의 압력 하에서 촉진된 구리 촉매를 사용하여 증기상에서 수행되는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수소화 영역으로부터 부탄-1,4-디올 외에도 테트라하이드로푸란 및 γ-부틸롤락톤을 함유하는 수소화물의 혼합물이 회수되는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,수소화물의 혼합물이 테트라하이드로푸란 및 n-부탄올을 포함하는 혼합물의 휘발성 성분을 상부에서 분류하는 ″라이트 엔드″ 칼럼에서 증류하는 단계를 포함하는 한 단계 이상의 증류 단계에 의하여 정제되는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,″라이트 엔드″ 칼럼으로부터 얻어지는 저부의 산물이 한 단계 이상의 증류 단계에 의하여 추가 정제되어 순수한 부탄-1,4-디올을 형성하는 C4화합물 제조 방법.
