Claims (5)
- 휴대용 의료용 레이저 치료장비 발명에 있어서,본체(1)의 양 측면에는 다수의 작은 구멍이 있어서, 공기들이 자유롭게 통과할 수 있도록 되어 있으며,전원은 건전지(2) 또는 직류전원 입력코드(9)와 연결되고, 이는 주조정기판인 인쇄회로기판(PCB)(3)에 연결된 후, 1번 스위치(4)와 2번 스위치(5)에 연결된 후 808nm 파장의 레이저광선 발생장치(6)인 인디움(indium)-갈륨(gallium)-비소(arsenic)-인(phosphorus)의 복합원료(InGaAsP)로 구성된 고출력 반도체 레이저 다이오드(6)에 연결된 것을 특징적으로 하는 휴대용 의료용 레이저 치료장비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저광선 발생장치(6) 앞쪽에 레이저 발생장치로부터 생산된 레이저 광선이 모아지도록 집광렌즈(7)가 구비되고 이 집광렌즈를 통하여, 레이저광선 발생장치로부터 생산된 레이저광선이 출광되도록 고안된 휴대용 의료용 레이저 치료장비
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저광선 발생장치(6)에서 두개의 고출력 반도체 레이저 다이오드(18)를 레이저광선 발생장치(6)에 구비하고, 빔스프리터(17)를 중간에 두고, 두개(18)의 고출력 반도체 레이저 다이오드가 빔스프리터(17) 양면에 수직이 되도록 대칭적으로 구비된 휴대용 의료용 레이저 치료장비
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저광선 발생장치(6)에서 다수의 고출력 반도체 레이져 다이오드가 구비된 복합 레이저광선 발생장치(19)를 구비하고;상기 복합 레이저광선 발생장치(19) 후면에 열전반도체(20)을 구비한 휴대용 의료용 레이저 치료장비
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체(1)의 스위치(4 및 5)에 반대쪽에 구비된 함몰부위(8)에 부착 및 탈착(11)이 가능하도록 준비된 레이저광 조준기(10)가 구비되며;상기 레이저광 조준기의 길이(15)는 제1항에 있어서 본 발명의 레이저광선의 집광렌즈(7)로부터의 초점거리(15)에 해당되게 결정되며;상기 레이저광 조준기 발판(12)은 45도 내지 90도 사이의 각도로 구비되며, 발판(12)의 한쪽이 개방(開放)된 함몰부위를 구비하여, 이 함몰부위의 중앙 교차선 교차점(13)에 상기 제1항의 레이저광선의 초점이 오도록 구비된 레이져광 조준기.
