- 금속분 제조방법에 있어서,초음파 노즐 내부를 통과한 용융금속을 이 초음파 노즐로 무화시키고, 이 무화된 금속적을 응고시키어 금속분을 만드는 제조장치와 공정
- 초음파 진동체 표면에 용융금속을 주입하는 주입구를 갖고 있으며, 이 주입구를 초음파 노즐장치의 종방향 초음파진동 진폭의 노달라인 단면상에 위치하도록 하고 이 주입구로부터 용융금속이 무화되는 노즐 끝단까지 자체 내부에 용융금속의 유로가 형성되어 있는 구조를 갖는 금속분 제조용 초음파 노즐헤드
- 노즐헤드와 초음파 트랜스듀서 및 길이연자막대로 구성되어 노즐 말단부에 도달한 용융금속에 모세관파를 만들어 이 용융금속을 무화시키는 금속분 제조를 위한초음파노즐
- 공급된 용융금속의 열전달 경로를 길게하여 트랜스듀서와 초음파 노즐헤드 사이에 온도구배를 완만히 하여 초음파 노즐의 열적 피로에 의한 파괴를 지연시키며 초음파 노즐의 축방향 공진을 유지시키는 길이를 갖는 길이연장막대
- 노즐 끝단 부위의 구멍직경보다 초음파 노즐헤드내의 용융금속 유로의 직경을 크게 만들어 용융금속의 외부 공급량의 다소간 변화를 수용할 수 있게 하여 일정한 용융금속만을 초음파 노즐 끝단에 공급하게 만들어서 용융금속의 공급제어를 쉽게 하는 구조
- 초음파 노즐장치의 부하변동에 따른 공진주파수와 전기적 부하변동을 트랜스듀서에 공급되는 전압이나 전류의 변화에 의하여 감지하여 전기출력을 조절하여, 일정한 초음파 진폭이 초음파 노즐 헤드 끝단에 유지되도록 하여 일정한 금속분이 만들어 지도록하는 전기적 피드백제어를 하는 것이 특징인 장치
