Claims (1)
- 플랜지(13)와 함께 고정자 코어(14)를 사이에 두고 결합되는 스프링 홀더(15)의 일측에 센서가 구비된 센서 구조물(22)을 고정하고, 스프링 홀더의 외측에 센서 플레이트(24)를 고정 설치한 것에 있어서,상기 플랜지(13)와 고정자 코어(14)에는 관통공(13a, 14a)을, 상기 스프링 홀더(15)에는 관통공(15a)을, 상기 센서 구조물(22)에는 관통공(22a)을 각각 동축상으로 형성하고,일단에 머리부(31')가 형성되고 머리부(31')에서 그 사이에 제1 단턱부(31b)가 형성되는 직경으로 연장 형성되어 상기 관통공(13a, 14a)에 관통되는 제1 관통부(31a)와 상기 관통공(15a)에 관통되며 상기 제1 관통부(31a)와의 사이에 제1 단턱부(31c) 형성되도록 제1 관통부(31a)보다 직경이 작게 형성되는 제1 나사부(31f)와 상기 관통공(22a)에 관통되는 제2 관통부(31d)와 상기 센서 구조물(22)의 일측으로 돌출되는 제2 나사부(31e)를 가지며 상기 제1 단턱부(31b)와 제2 단턱부(31c) 사이의 길이를 위치센서와 센서 조립부재(31)를 구비하여 플랜지(13)측으로부터 고정자 코어(14)에 관통시키고 스프링 홀더(15)의 관통공(15a)에 제1 나사부(31f)를 관통시키며 센서 구조물(22)에서 돌출된 제2 나사부(31e)에 너트(32)를 체결하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 위치 센서 조립구조.
