Abstract

본 고안은 와이어링단자 터미널에 관한 것으로, 특히 필요에 따라 고정돌기에 자유자재로 조립이 이루어지고 견고하게 장착되는 와이어링어스(earth)단자 터미널(terminal)에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 특징은, 와이어링단자 터미널에 있어서, 상기 와이어링단자 티미널 일단에는, 고정돌기가 출입되는 입구부와, 대략 중심부분에는 상기 입구부를 통하여 출입된 고정돌기가 장착되는 고정돌기 장착부와, 상기 고정돌기 장착부에 있는 고정돌기가 걸려지는 고정돌기 걸림턱이 형성된 '갈고랑이'형태로 되어 있는 것에 있다.

본 고안은 와이어링단자 터미널에 관한 것으로, 특히 필요에 따라 고정돌기에 자유자재로 조립이 이루어지고 견고하게 장착되는 와이어링어스(earth)단자 터미널(terminal)에 관한 것이다.
제1도에서 보는 바와 같이, 종래 한 종류의 와이어링 어스단자 터미널(10)의 일단은, 와이어링(도시 생략)의 일단을 결합하기 위한 와이어링 장착부(12)가 형성되고, 타단은 소정부위에 연결하기 위해 일방향으로 개구된 고정돌기 장착부(14)가 형성된다.
그런데, 상기 구조에서는, 와이어링단자 터미널(10)의 와이어링 장착부(12)에 와이어링을 장착하고서 소망하는 고정돌기(도시 생략)에 고정하게 되면, 상기 와이어링단자 터미널(10)의 고정돌기 장착부(14)가 일방향으로 완전히 개방되어 있기 때문에, 작업자의 신체에 접촉하게 되면 와이어링단자 터미널(10)이 고정돌기에서 쉽게 이탈됨은 물론, 와이어링단자 터미널(10)이 작업자의 신체에 접촉되지 않아도 단단히 고정되지 않은 와이어링으로 인하여 고정돌기에서 이탈하게 되었다.
또한, 제 2 도에서 보는 바와 같이, 와이어링단자 터미널(30)의 일단은, 상기 와이어링단자 터미널(10)의 형태와 동일하고, 타단은 볼트 체결부(32)가 관통된 구조를 이룬다.
상기 구조에서는, 와이어링단자 터미널(30)의 와이어링 장착부(34)에 와이어링의 일단을 장착하여 결합하고서 타단의 볼트 체결부(32)에 볼트(도시 생략)을 이용하여 소망하는 부위에 체결을 이룬다. 그런데, 상기 구조는 와이어링단자 터미널(10)을 고정시키려면 드라이버(도시 생략)와 같은 공구를 이용하여 체결시킬 뿐만 아니고 와이어링단자 터미널(10)을 해제할 때도 마찬가지로 드라이버를 이용하여야만 반드시 해제되어 조립성이 불량한 문제점이 발생되었다.
본 고안은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안한 것으로, 와이어링단자 터미널이 고정돌기에 고정, 해제가 용이하도록, 와이어링단자 터미널의 일단부에는, 고정돌기에 고정되도록 형성되는 입구부와, 고정돌기가 고정되는 고정돌기 장착부와, 상기 고정돌기 장착부에 있는 고정돌기에 쉽게 이탈됨이 방지되도록 고정돌기 걸림턱이 형성된 와이어링단자 터미널을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 특징은, 와이어링단자 터미널에 있어서, 상기 와이어링단자 터미널 일단에는, 고정돌기가 출입되는 입구부와, 대략 중심부분에는 상기 입구부를 통하여 출입된 고정돌기가 장착되는 고정돌기 장착부와, 상기 고정돌기 장착부에 있는 고정돌기가 걸려지는 고정돌기 걸림턱이 형성된 '갈고랑이'형태로 되어 있는 것에 있다.
이하, 본 고안에 따른 실시예를 도면에 의거하여 상세하게 설명한다. 제 4 도는 본 고안의 와이어링단자 터미널을 나타낸 사시도로서, 와이어링단자 터미널(50) 구조의 일단은, 고정돌기(58)의 원주길이와 동일한 입구부(54)가 형성되고, 중간부분에는 상기 고정돌기(58)가 장착되어 고정되는 고정돌기 장착부(56)가 형성되고, 상기 고정돌기(58)에서 이탈되지 않도록 고정돌기 걸림턱(60)이 형성된 '갈고랑이'형태로 이루어지고, 타단은 종래의 와이어링단자 터미널(10,30)의 형태와 동일한 와이어링 장착부(52)가 형성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 상태에서, 와이어링이 체결된 와이어링단자 터미널(50) 일단의 입구부(54)를 통하여 고정돌기(58)를 내장시키고서, 고정돌기(58)를 고정돌기 장착부(56)에 장착하면 용이하게 고정시키게 되고, 상기 입구부(54)의 일측에 돌출된 고정돌기 걸림턱(60)으로 인하여 와이어링단자 터미널(50)이 고정돌기(58)에서 이탈되지 않게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안에 따른 작용효과를 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다. 일단의 형태를 '갈고랑이'형태로 이루어진 와이어링단자 터미널을 형성함으로써 와이어링단자 터미널을 고정돌기에 용이하게 고정시킴은 물론 작업자가 의도적으로 이탈시키지 않으면 이탈되지 않도록 고정하게 된다.

  1. 와이어링단자 터미널에 있어서, 상기 와이어링단자 터미널 일단에는, 고정돌기가 출입되는 입구부와, 대략 중심부분에는 상기 입구부를 통하여 출입된 고정돌기가 장착되는 고정돌기 장착부와, 상기 고정돌기 장착부에 있는 고정돌기가 걸려지는 고정돌기 걸림턱이 형성된 '갈고랑이'형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어링단자 터미널
