Claims (1)
- 전기로에서 용융된 용강을 래들을 이용하여 정련로로 장입시킬 때 정련로에 장입되는 용탕의 장입온도 측정방법에 있어서, 용탕의 전기로 출탕온도값, 정련로 노체사용횟수, 래들내 용강체류시간, 정련로내 장입용강량 및 장입온도값을 수집하여 프로세스 컴퓨터에서 아래의 식에 대입하는 것으로 정련로의 용강 장입온도를 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래들내 냉각온도계수를 고려한 용강의 정련로 장입온도 측정방법.[전기로 출탕온도-(0.668/0.785 ×래들내 용강체류시간(분) - 0.0373/0.785 ×노체사용횟수 - 0.419/0.785 ×정련로 장입용강량(톤) - 271/0.785)] ×0.785
