Claims (11)
- a) 불순물을 함유하는 기상 공급 스트림으로부터 수증기를 제거하는 단계;b) 상기 기상 공급 스트림을 산화 촉매와 접촉시켜 일산화탄소를 이산화탄소로 전환시키는 단계;c) 단계 (a) 및 (b)의 기상 공급 스트림으로부터 이산화탄소를 제거하는 단계;d) 단계 (c)의 기상 공급 스트림을 산화 촉매와 접촉시켜 수소를 수증기로 전환시키는 단계; 및e) 단계 (d)의 기상 공급 스트림으로부터 수증기를 제거함으로써 실질적으로 정화된 기상 생성물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 불순물로부터 실질적으로 정화된 기상 생성물을 제조하는 방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,기상 공급 스트림이 공기인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,불순물이 수소, 수증기, 일산화탄소 및 이산화탄소로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,온도 스윙 흡착 시스템인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (a)가 기상 공급 스트림을, 활성화된 알루미나, 실리카 겔, 제올라이트 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 수증기 제거 흡착제와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
