- 코어가 하나 이상의 층(92)으로 구성되고, 그 중 하나 이상의 층이 장섬유로 보강되며, 경계 층(93, 94)이 단섬유로 보강되어, 코어, 및 코어에 연결되고 마찰학적 응력을 우선적으로 받을 수 있는 하나 이상의 외부면(96, 97)을 갖는 경계 층(93, 94)으로 구성된 섬유보강 세라믹 동체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코어가 장섬유로 보강된 복수 층(UD 층)(92)을 갖고, 장섬유가 각각의 경우에 우선적 방향으로 정렬되며, 2개 이상의 UD 층의 우선 방향이 서로 각도상 변위되어 정렬됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 동체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 코어가 단섬유 또는 직조된 장섬유를 구비한 하나 이상의 층을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 동체.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 단섬유로 보강된 하나 이상의 층이 2개의 인접 UD 층(92) 사이에 정렬됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 동체.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 직조된 장섬유(95)를 구비한 층이 2개의 인접 UD 층(92) 사이에 정렬됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 동체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단섬유가 통계학적 분포 방식으로 넓게 정렬됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 동체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장섬유가 50 mm 이상의 길이를 갖고, 단섬유가 50 mm 미만의 길이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 동체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장섬유 및 단섬유가 실리콘, 탄소, 붕소 및/또는 질소를 기재로 하여 공유 결합을 갖는 고온 내성 섬유로서 형성되고, 바람직하게는 SiC 섬유, C 섬유 또는 SiBCN 섬유로서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 동체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유가 실리콘 카바이드의 매트릭스와 반응결합을 함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 동체.
- 각 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)이 마찰면(24, 26; 81, 82; 102) 및 내부면으로서 형성된 표면을 갖고, 하나 이상의 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)의 내부면상의 리브(20, 20', 20", 20'")가 다른 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)에 안착되게 제공되며, 실질적으로 방사상으로 진행하는 리브(20, 20', 20", 20'")가 양 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)에 제공되어 각각의 다른 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)의 대응 리브(20, 20', 20", 20'") 사이에 확실히 맞물리게 되는, 서로 접합된 2개의 반쪽(17, 18;71, 72; 100)을 구비하는 제 1항 내지 제 9항에 따른 브레이크 디스크.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 통기 채널(21)이 하나의 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)의 리브(20-20'") 및 다른 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)의 리브(20-20'") 사이에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서, 양 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)이 크기 및 형상 모두에서 동일하게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 각 리브(20-20'")가 방사 평면내에서 진행하는 제 1 지지면(27)을 갖고, 이것은 경사면(28)을 통하여 방사 평면내에서 진행하는 제 2 지지면(29)으로 변화하고, 제 2 지지면은 마찰면(24, 26; 81, 82; 102)으로부터 제 1 지지면(27)보다 멀리 떨어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 제 12항 또는 제 13항에 있어서, 각 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)의 내부면에는 실질적으로 방사상으로 진행하는 홈(30, 31)이 제공되고 그 사이로 리브(20-20'")가 돌출하며, 각 경우에 4개의 리브(20-20'")가 서로에 대해 원주 방향으로 배열됨으로써 제 1 리브(20) 및 인접 제 2 리브(20')의 제 1 지지면(27)이 서로를 향하는 반면, 제 2 리브(20') 및 후속 제 3 리브(20")의 제 1 지지면(27)은 서로 멀어지게 향하고, 제 3 리브(20") 및 후속 제 4 리브(20'")의 제 1 지지면(27)이다시 서로를 향함을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 제 10항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플랜지(13; 74)에 의해 바퀴에 고정되기 위한 중심 고정 개구(22; 62)를 구비하고, 마찰면(24, 26; 81, 82)이 플랜지(13;74)로의 마찰잠금 연결을 위해 평탄하게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 고정 개구(62)로부터 시작하는 홈(64)이 플랜지의 대응 웹과 확실히 물리기 위하여 하나 이상의 마찰면상에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 장섬유로 보강된 하나 이상의 층(92)으로 구성된 코어가 생산되고,코어가, 단섬유로 보강되고 우선적으로 마찰학적 응력을 받을 수 있는 하나 이상의 외부면(96, 97)을 갖는 경계 층에 접합되어, 섬유보강 세라믹 동체를 생산하기 위한 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 코어가 복수의 장섬유 보강 층(UD 층)(92)으로부터 생산되고, 장섬유가 각 경우에 우선적 방향으로 정렬되며, 2개 이상의 UD 층(92)이 그 우선적 방향이 서로에 대해 각도상 변위되어 정렬되어 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17항 또는 제 18항에 있어서, 직조된 장섬유를 구비한 하나 이상의 층(95)이 코어내에 편입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17항 내지 제 19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘, 탄소, 붕소 및/또는 질소를 기재로 하는 공유결합을 가진 고온 내성 섬유, 바람직하게는 SiC 섬유, C 섬유 또는 SiBCN 섬유가 장섬유 및 단섬유로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18항 내지 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,- 유기 전구체의 첨가 및 바람직하게는 충전재의 첨가 동안에 열의 작용하에 주조가능한 장섬유의 하나 이상의 층(92)으로부터 형성된 프리프레그(128; 146)를 생산하는 단계;- 단섬유 및 바람직하게는 충전재의 첨가하에 열의 작용하에 주조가능한 유기 전구체로부터 형성된 혼합물을 생산하는 단계;- 프리프레그(128; 146)를 혼합물로 구성된 층(93, 94)과 함께 주형에 도입시키고, 열의 작용하에 압축하여 그린 제품을 생산하는 단계;- 그린 제품을 열분해하여 다공성 주조 동체를 생산하는 단계;- 다공성 주조 동체를 용융물, 바람직하게는 실리콘 용융물로 용융 침윤시켜 반응결합된 섬유를 구비한 주조 동체를 생산하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 복수의 단섬유보강 및/또는 장섬유보강 프리프레그가 집합되어 적층(91)을 형성하고 나서, 주형내에서 열의 작용하에 압축되어 그린 제품을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21항 또는 제 22항에 있어서, 프리프레그(128)가,- 캐리어 막(116)을 저장 롤로부터 푸는 단계;- 위로부터 유기 전구체 및 섬유(120)를 캐리어 막(116)에 공급하는 단계;- 위로부터 유기 전구체 및 추가의 캐리어 막(118)을 도포하는 단계;- 2개 캐리어 막(116, 118) 사이에 밀봉된 재료를 압축하고 저장 롤 상으로 권취하는 단계;- 전구체를 노화시켜 부분 가교화를 수행하는 단계와 관련한 SMC 공정에 따라 생산됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 캐리어 막(116, 118)이 노화후에 제거되고 나서, 프리프레그(128) 및 여러 프리프레그로 구성된 적층(91)이 주형내에서 단섬유를 포함하는 하나 이상의 경계 층과 함께 압축되어 그린 제품을 생산함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 23항 또는 제 24항에 있어서, 섬유(120)가 캐리어 막(116)으로의 공급 동안에 단섬유로 절단됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 단섬유로 절단된 섬유의 추가 층뿐만 아니라 추가의 유기 전구체가, 유기 전구체가 개재된 장섬유를 가진 층에 도포되고 나서, 제 2 캐리어 막(118)이 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17항 내지 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장섬유의 섬유 조직으로부터 RTM 공정에 따라 생산된 코어가 주형내에 놓이고 나서, 유기 전구체가 가압하에 주형내로 주입되고 성형되어, 유기 전구체 및 단섬유의 혼합물의 하나 이상의 층이 형성된 동체에 도포되고, 동체가 주형내에서 열의 작용하에 사후 형성되고 나서, 그렇게 생산된 그린 제품이 열분해되고, 그 다음 용융 침윤됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17항 내지 제 27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피치 또는 수지, 바람직하게는 페놀 수지 또는 푸란 수지가 유기 전구체로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21항 또는 제 22항에 있어서, 장섬유로 보강된 프리프레그가 슬립 침윤에 의해 생산되는 데, 섬유가 풀려지고, 유기 또는 유기금속 전구체, 바람직하게는 폴리실란, 폴리실록산 또는 폴리카르보실란뿐만 아니라, 용매 및 충전재로 구성된 슬립에 의한 침지 공정에 의해 침윤되고 나서, 플레이팅 코어(144)상으로 권취됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17항 내지 제 29항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유(120; 134)가 섬유 다발(조방섬유)의 형태로 사용되는 데, 이것이 50 mm 이상의 길이를 갖는 장섬유로 가공되거나 또는 50 mm 미만의 길이를 갖는 단섬유로 절단됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- - 각각의 경우에 바람직하게는 충전재의 첨가하에 유기 전구체와 함께 접합되어 열의 작용하에 주조될 수 있는 층을 형성하는 비지향성 또는 직조 장섬유의 하나 이상의 층(92, 93, 94)을 포함하는 고온 내성 섬유로부터 프리프레그를 생산하는 단계;- 바람직하게는 충전재의 첨가와 함께 유기 전구체 및 단섬유의 혼합물을 생산하는 단계;- 단섬유를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 형성된 하나 이상의 층과 함께 하나 이상의 프리프레그(128; 146)를 프레스 기계(50)내로 도입시키고, 열의 작용하에 압축하여 그린 제품을 생산하는 단계;- 그린 제품을 열분해하여 다공성 주조 동체를 생산하는 단계;- 다공성 주조 동체를 반응성 용융물, 바람직하게는 실리콘 용융물로 용융 침윤시키는 단계를 포함하는 제 17항 내지 제 30항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 브레이크 디스크의 생산 방법.
- - 각각의 경우에 바람직하게는 충전재의 첨가하에 유기 전구체와 함께 접합되어 열의 작용하에 주조될 수 있는 층을 형성하는 비지향성 또는 직조 장섬유의 하나 이상의 층(92, 93, 94)을 포함하는 고온 내성 섬유로부터 프리프레그를 생산하는 단계;- 바람직하게는 충전재의 첨가와 함께 유기 전구체 및 단섬유의 혼합물을 생산하는 단계;- 단섬유를 가진 혼합물로부터 형성된 층과 함께 하나 이상의 프리프레그(128; 146)를 프레스 기계(50)내로 도입시키고 열의 작용하에 압축하여 브레이크 디스크(16; 60; 70; 90)의 제 1 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)을 생산하는 단계;- 하나 이상의 추가의 프리프레그(128; 146)를 바람직하게는 동일한 프레스 기계(50)내로 도입시키고 열의 작용하에 압축하여 브레이크 디스크(16; 60; 70; 90)의 제 2 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)을 생산하는 단계;- 2개의 반쪽(17, 18; 71, 72; 100)을 접합시키고 공기의 배출하에 열분해하여 다공성 주조 동체를 생산하는 단계;- 다공성 주조 동체를 반응성 용융물, 바람직하게는 실리콘 용융물로 용융 침윤시키는 단계를 포함하는 제 17항 내지 제 30항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 브레이크 디스크의 생산 방법.
