Claims (7)
- 허브와 질량체의 사이에 축방향의 일방으로부터 고무 등의 고분자 탄성체를 압입하는 감합 타입의 댐퍼에 있어서,금속부품으로 된 상기 허브와 상기 고분자 탄성체의 사이 및/또는 금속부품으로 된 상기 질량체와 상기 고분자 탄성체의 사이에 미끄러짐 방지제로서 유기 실란을 고착한 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 허브의 고분자 탄성체를 고착하는 금속면 및/또는 상기 질량체의 고분자 탄성체를 고착하는 금속면은 화학적 표면 처리가 되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 허브의 고분자 탄성체를 고착하는 금속면 및/또는 상기 질량체의 고분자 탄성체를 고착하는 금속면의 면조도는 5∼50 ㎛Rz (JIS B0601)의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
- 허브와 질량체의 사이에 축방향의 일방으로부터 고무 등의 고분자 탄성체를 압입하는 감합 타입의 댐퍼의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 허브 및 상기 질량체가 서로 접하는 고분자 탄성체의 적어도 일면에 미끄러짐 방지제로서 유기 실란 용액을 도포하는 제 1 공정과,이 유기 실란 용액이 도포된 고분자 탄성체를 허브와 질량체의 사이에 압입하는 제 2 공정과,댐퍼를 가열하여 용제를 제거함과 동시에 유기 실란이 상기 고분자 탄성체의 표면과 상기 허브 및 질량체의 적어도 일방의 면에서 반응하여 고착하는 제 3 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼의 제조방법.
- 허브와 질량체의 사이에 축방향의 일방향으로부터 고무 등의 고분자 탄성체를 압입하는 감합 타입의 댐퍼의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 고분자 탄성체의 각면이 서로 접하는 상기 허브와 상기 질량체의 적어도 일방의 면에 미끄러짐 방지제로서 유기 실란 용액을 도포하는 제 1 공정과,상기 제 1 공정 종료후 상기 허브와 상기 질량체 사이에, 상기 고분자 탄성체를 압입하는 제 2 공정과,댐퍼를 가열하여 용제를 제거함과 동시에 유기 실란이 상기 허브 및 상기 질량체의 적어도 일방의 표면과 상기 고분자 탄성체의 표면에서 반응하여 고착하는 제 3 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼의 제조방법.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 유기 실란에 의해 고착되는 상기 허브 및/또는 상기 질량체의 고분자 탄성체가 서로 접하는 적어도 일방의 면은 화학적 표면처리를 하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼의 제조방법.
- 제 4항 내지 제 6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 허브의 고분자 탄성체를 고착하는 금속표면 및/또는 상기 질량체의 고분자 탄성체를 고착하는 금속표면의 면조도는 5∼50 ㎛Rz (JIS B0601)의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼의 제조방법.
