Claims (18)
- 외층 A가A1) 하기를 함유하는 조성물:i) 에틸렌 단위 2 내지 5 중량 % 를 갖는, 프로필렌 및 에틸렌의 랜덤 공중합체 25 내지 45 중량 % 및ii) 에틸렌 단위 2 내지 5 중량 % 및 알파올레핀 단위 6 - 12 중량 %를 갖는 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 C4-C10 알파올레핀의 랜덤 3원 중합체 55 - 75 중량 %;A2) 프로필렌 및 하나 이상의 C4-C10 알파 올레핀 랜덤 공중합체, 또는 다른 조성을 갖는 프로필렌 및 하나 이상의 C4-C10 알파올레핀 랜덤 공중합체의 배합물(이 공중합체 또는 공중합체의 배합물은 알파올레핀 단위를 4 - 14 중량 % 함유함);에서 선택되는 폴리올레핀(이 폴리올레핀은 크실렌 불용성 분획이 85 중량 % 초과이고 , 130 ℃ 초과의 온도에서 최대 용융 피크를 가지고, 90 ℃에서 용융된 물질의 퍼센트가 15 중량 % 초과이도록하는 결정성을 가짐)으로 본질적으로 구성되고,코어층 B 가a) 80 초과의 아이소택틱성 지수 값(25 ℃에서 크실렌에 불용성인 중합체의 중량 %로 결정됨)을 갖는 프로필렌 단일중합체, 또는 85 중량 % 이상의 프로필렌 단위를 함유하고 80 이상의 아이소택틱성 지수 값를 갖는 에틸렌 및/또는 C4-C10 알파올레핀을 갖는 프로필렌 결정 공중합체 또는 그 혼합물 20 내지 60 중량 %, 및b)에틸렌 단위 20 내지 60 중량 %를 함유하며, 25 ℃에서 크실렌에 완전히 가용성인, 프로필렌 및/또는 C4-C10 알파올레핀 및 가능하게는 디엔을 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체 40 - 80 중량 %;를 포함하는 이상(heterophasic) 조성물로 주로 구성되는다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 A 를 형성하는 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌 단위 3 - 4 중량 %를 갖는 프로필렌 및 에틸렌의 랜덤 공중합체 30 - 40 중량 %, 및 에틸렌 단위 3 - 4 중량 % 및 알파올레핀 단위 8 - 10 중량 %를 갖는, 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 C4-C10 알파올레핀의 랜덤 3원 중합체 60 - 70 중량 %의 조성물 A1으로 구성되는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물 A1 의 랜덤 3원 중합체에 존재하는 알파올레핀이 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-옥텐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물 A1 의 랜덤 3원 중합체에 존재하는 알파올레핀이 1-부텐인 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 A 를 형성하는 폴리올레핀이 1-부텐 단위 4 - 10 중량% 함량을 갖는 프로필렌 및 1-부텐의 랜덤 공중합체로 구성되는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 A 를 형성하는 폴리올레핀이 다른 함량의 1-부텐 단위를 갖는 프로필렌 및 1-부텐 랜덤 공중합체의 배합물로 구성되는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 B 를 형성하는 이상 조성물이 하기로 구성되는 다층 필름:a) 80 초과의 아이소택틱성 지수 값(25 ℃에서 크실렌에 불용성인 중합체 중량 %로 결정됨)을 갖는 프로필렌 단일중합체, 또는 프로필렌 단위 85 중량 % 이상을 함유하고, 80 이상의 아이소택틱성 지수 값를 갖는 에틸렌 및/또는 C4-C10 알파올레핀을 갖는 프로필렌 결정 공중합체 또는 그 혼합물 25 내지 45 중량 %, 및b)에틸렌 단위 20 내지 60 중량 % 를 함유하며, 25 ℃에서 크실렌에 완전히 가용성인, 프로필렌 및/또는 C4-C10 알파올레핀 및 가능하게는 디엔을 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체 55 - 75 중량 %.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 B 의 이상 조성물의 분획 a) 및 분획 b)에 양쪽에 존재하는 알파올레핀이 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-1-펜텐 및 1-옥텐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알파올레핀이 각각, 그리고 모든 경우에서 1-부텐인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 B의 분획 b)에 가능하게 존재할 수 있는 디엔이 1,3-부타디엔, 1,4-헥사디엔 및 5-에틸리덴-2-노르보르넨으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 B 를 형성하는 이상 조성물이 하기로 구성되는 다층 필름:a) 프로필렌 단위 90 중량 % 이상을 함유하는, 에틸렌 및 프로필렌의 결정 공중합체 30 - 40 중량 %;b) 에틸렌 단위 25 - 60 중량 %를 함유하고, 25 ℃에서 크실렌에 완전히 가용성인, 프로필렌 및 에틸렌의 공중합체 60 - 70 중량 %.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 B 를 형성하는 이상 조성물이 부분적으로 가교된 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 B 를 형성하는 이상 조성물이 0.4 내지 3 g/ 10 분의, ASTM D 1238 조건 L 에 따른 범위의 용융 유동 속도를 갖는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 B 를 형성하는 이상 조성물 형성 층이 0.5 내지 1.5g/ 10 분의, ASTM D 1238 조건 L 에 따른 범위의 용융 유동 속도를 갖는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 층 B의 중합체 조성물이 층 A 형성의 조성물과 본질적으로 같으나, ASTM D 1238 조건 L에 따른 용융 유동 속도가 0.5 내지 1 g/10 분인 성분을 층 B의 전체 중량에 대해 75 중량 % 이하 함유하는 다층 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외층 A 각각이 필름의 전체 중량의 5 내지 45 중량 %로 존재하는 3-층 필름 ABA.
- 제 1 항 내지 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외층 A가 필름의 전체 중량의 10 내지 30 % 의 범위로 각각 동등한 양으로 존재하는 3-층 필름 ABA.
- 제 1 항 내지 17 항 중 어느 한 항의 다층 필름의, 포장 부문에서의 열-수축성, 밀봉성 필름으로서의 용도.
