Claims (16)
- 아미노니트릴의 정제 방법에 있어서, 팔라듐, 백금, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 이리듐 또는 로듐으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속을 포함하는 촉매의 존재에서 수소 분자로 아미노니트릴을 수소화시키고, 상기 촉매는 금, 은, 구리, 크로뮴, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 붕소, 갈륨, 인듐, 탈륨, 인, 비소, 안티몬, 비스무트, 황, 셀레늄, 텔루르, 망간, 레늄, 바나듐, 티타늄 또는 아연과 같은 하나 이상의 촉진제 원소를 포함하거나, 수소화 반응 전에 또는 수소화 반응 초기에 선택제와 접촉하는 것으로 이루어진 예비컨디셔닝(preconditioning) 단계를 아미노니트릴에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 루테늄, 오스뮴, 이리듐 또는 로듐으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속을 포함하는 촉매의 존재에서 수소 분자로 아미노니트릴을 수소화시키는 것으로 이루어진 아미노니트릴의 정제 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 아미노니트릴은 6-아미노카프로니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 반드시 팔라듐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 20 내지 150 ℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 내지 100 바아, 바람직하게는 2 내지 50 바아의 절대 수소 압력에서, 수소화 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 고체 지지체 상에 미세하게 분리되고 침적된 활성 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 촉매의 지지체가 알루미나, 지르코니아, 티타늄 디옥시드, 실리카 또는 활성 목탄으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 하나 이상의 촉진제 원소를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소화 반응 전에 또는 수소화 반응 초기에 선택제와 접촉하는 것으로 이루어진 예비컨디셔닝(preconditioning) 단계를 촉매에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉진제 원소/촉매 금속의 중량비가 0 내지 100 %, 바람직하게는 5 내지 60 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매를 컨디셔닝하는 방법은 수소화 반응의 초기에 촉매를 포함하는 수소화 반응기에 도입하고, 정제될 아미노니트릴 또는 수소를 갖는 혼합물로서 선택제를 도입하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선택제가 일산화탄소, 유기 황 화합물 및 유기 인 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 유기 황 화합물은 티오우레아 및 이의 유도체, 티올 및 알킬 술파이드, 및 포스파이트, 알킬 히포포스파이트 및 알킬 포스페이트 및 티오포스페이트로 이루어진 군으로부터의 유기 인 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비컨디셔닝될 촉매의 미터톤에 대한 첨가된 선택제의 양은 촉매의 미터톤에 대해 0.5 내지 15 mol 의 선택제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소화 이후에 증류가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
