Claims (7)
- 용융 설비 및 정련 설비용 도가니와 같이 용융 금속을 수용하는 용기를 제조하기 위한 경화되지 않은 상태의 재료로서 이용되며, 니켈(Ni) 0.2 ∼ 1.5 %, 인(P), 알루미늄(Aℓ), 망간(Mn), 리듐(Li), 칼슘(Ca), 마그네슘(Mg), 규소(Si), 붕소(B)를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 하나 이상의 원소 0.002 ∼ 0.12 %, 불가피한 불순물을 포함하여 잔부 구리로 이루어지는 구리 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니켈 함량은 0.6 ∼ 1.3 %이며, 붕소, 마그네슘, 및/또는 인의 원소 함량은 0.01 ∼ 0.06 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리 합금.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 니켈 함량은 1.0 ∼ 1.3 %이며, 인 함량은 0.01 ∼ 0.03 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 하나에 있어서, 상기 구리 합금은 지르코늄(Zr) 0.3 %까지 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리 합금.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 하나에 따른 구리 합금으로부터 용융 금속용 용기를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 구리 합금은 체류 주변 공기에서 열간 성형한 후에 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 금속용 용기를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구리 합금은 상기 열간 성형 후에 적어도 10% 정도 냉간 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 금속용 용기를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열간 변형된 상태에 있는 합금의 상기 냉간 가공과 후속 용접은 용접부에서 강도와 전기 전도율이 대응하는 기본 재료의 특성값의 약 15 %를 벗어나지 않도록 서로 결정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 금속용 용기를 제조하기 위한 방법.
