Claims (3)
- 합금 도금된 소지강판을 이용하여 칼라강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,합금도금층(20) 위에 롤코팅 방법으로 박막을 도포한후 80∼120℃의 온도조건에서 건조시켜 15∼45㎎/㎡의 크롬산염층(30)을 형성시키는 제 1단계와;상기 크롬산염층(30) 위에 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 도료를 4∼6㎛의 박막으로 롤코팅한 후 204∼232℃의 온도조건에서 건조시켜 하도층(40)을 형성하는 제 2단계와;상기 하도층(40) 위에 폴리아미드계 안료입자와 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 도료를 18∼22㎛의 박막으로 롤코팅한 후 204∼241℃의 온도조건에서 건조시켜 상도층(50)을 형성하는 제 3단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라강판 제조방법.
- 합금도금된 소지강판위에 서로 다른 특성의 도료가 순차적으로 도포되어 이루어진 칼라강판에 있어서,합금도금층(20) 위에 15∼45㎎/㎡의 박막으로 도포된 크롬산염층(30)과; 폴리 에스테르 수지를 포함하는 도료로 이루어지고 상기 크롬산염층(30) 상에 4∼6㎛의 박막으로 도포되는 하도층(40)과; 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 도료에 10∼30㎛의 범위 내에서 서로 다른 크기를 가지는 폴리아미드계 왁스 및 폴리아미드계 실리카입자(51)가 혼합되어 이루어지고, 상기 하도층(40) 위에 18∼22㎛의 박막으로도포되는 상도층(50)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라강판.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 상도층의 상부측에,상기 폴리아미드계 왁스가 용융된 후 상기 폴리에스테르계 도료와 함께 경화되어 이루어지고, 빛의 난반사가 극대화되도록 불규칙한 도막면을 가지는 멜팅경화층(53)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라강판.
