Claims (6)
- 내부에 냉매가 흐르는 냉매관과, 상기 냉매관에 결합되어 냉매와 공기 사이의 열교환 면적을 확보하는 다수의 냉각핀으로 구성된 열교환기에 있어서,상기 냉매관은 6㎜이하의 관경을 갖는 세경관으로 이루어지고,상기 각 냉각핀에는 냉각핀의 폭방향으로 총 4열의 슬릿들이 상기 냉각핀의 기준면에 대하여 일정 간격 이상 이격되도록 돌출 형성되며,상기 각 슬릿들의 길이방향으로의 양끝단은 슬릿의 고정을 위해 상기 냉각핀에 연결되고,상기 각 슬릿들의 폭방향으로의 양끝단은 슬릿과 냉각핀의 기준면 사이에 개구부가 형성되어 공기가 통과되도록 상기 냉각핀에서 분리되며,상기 슬릿들중 제 1열, 제 4열의 슬릿은 각각 두 개의 단위슬릿으로 분할 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세경관형 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 슬릿들은 모두 동일한 방향으로 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세경관형 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1열, 제 4열의 슬릿을 이루는 각 단위슬릿들은 슬릿들의 폭방향 중심선을 기준으로 더 바깥쪽에 위치된 쪽의 끝단이 상기 냉각핀의 길이방향 중심선 측으로 갈수록 상기 슬릿들의 폭방향 중심선을 향하여 기울어진 형태로 형성되고,상기 제 2열, 제 3열의 슬릿은 그 개구부가 상기 냉각핀의 길이방향 중심선 측으로 갈수록 축소되는 사다리꼴 모양으로 형성되며,상기 각 슬릿들은 냉각핀의 길이방향 중심선을 기준으로 서로 대칭되도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 세경관형 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 슬릿들은 그 길이방향 끝단을 연결한 선의 궤적이 상기 냉매관 주위에 냉매관과 동일한 중심을 갖고 그 직경은 상기 냉매관 관경의 2배 이하가 되는 가상원을 이루도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세경관형 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 슬릿들은 냉각핀에 연결되는 양끝단의 입상부와, 상기 입상부들을 서로 연결하여 상기 냉각핀 기준면과의 사이에 개구부를 형성하는 돌출부로 구성되고,상기 각 입상부는 공기의 원활한 흐름을 위해 상기 냉각핀에 경사지게 접하도록 냉각핀의 기준면에 대해 소정 각도로 기울어지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세경관형 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1열 및 제 4열의 슬릿에서 상기 냉각핀의 폭방향 끝단까지의 길이, 즉 상기 냉각핀의 핀선단길이는 각각 0.5㎜이상이 되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세경관형 열교환기.
