Claims (5)
- 적어도 레이저 다이오드와, 상기 레이저 다이오드로부터의 광 빔을 평행광으로 하는 콜리메이터 렌즈와, 상기 콜리메이터 렌즈로부터의 광 빔을 기록 매체에 집광시키는 대물 렌즈를 구성 부품으로 하는 광학 픽업 유닛의 비점 수차(非点收差) 조정 방법으로서,상기 레이저 다이오드를 광 빔의 진행 방향에 대하여 수직의 면에서 이동시킴으로써, 상기 콜리메이터 렌즈, 상기 대물 렌즈에의 광 빔의 입사각을 변화시켜, 비점 수차를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 유닛의 비점 수차 조정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록 매체에 집광되는 광 빔 스폿상(像)을 수용하는 화상 처리 수단을 구비하고,상기 광 빔 스폿상의 진원도(眞圓度)를 측정하고, 진원이 되는 위치를 최적 위치로 하여 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 유닛의 비점 수차 조정 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 광 빔의 스폿상의 0차 광과 1차 광 링이 분리 가능한 휘도 레벨을 선택하고, 상기 화상 처리 수단에 수용하여, 상기 진원도를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 유닛의 비점 수차 조정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 비점 수차의 조정은 코마 수차 조정을 행한 후에 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 유닛의 비점 수차 조정 방법.
- 적어도 레이저 다이오드와, 상기 레이저 다이오드로부터의 광 빔을 평행광으로 하는 콜리메이터 렌즈와, 상기 콜리메이터 렌즈로부터의 광 빔을 기록 매체에 집광시키는 대물 렌즈를 구성 부품으로 하는 광학 픽업 유닛의 비점 수차 조정 장치로서,상기 기록 매체에 집광되는 광 빔 스폿상을 수용하는 화상 처리 장치와,상기 광 빔의 진행 방향에 대하여 수직의 면 내에서 이동 가능하게 장착되어 있는 레이저 다이오드를 이동시키는 이동 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 픽업 유닛의 비점 수차 조정 장치.
