Claims (8)
- 전기 가열이 가능한 서모스탯 작동부재를 포함하고, 상기 작동부재의 하우징이 고정되어 있고 상기 작동부재의 작동 피스톤은 밸브부재에서 시작되며, 상기 밸브부재에는 받침대에 지지된 재귀 스프링이 달려 있으며, 상기 밸브부재는 상기 하우징을 새장 형태로 둘러싸고 있고 밸브 플레이트 형태의 플랜지를 구비하며, 상기 플랜지는 밸브 시트에 부착되어 있고 상기 하우징의 맞은편에서 밀폐되어 있는 내연기관의 냉각재 순환을 위한 서모스탯 밸브에 있어서,상기 작동부재(10)의 하우징(11), 및 상기 재귀 스프링(24)을 위한 받침대(25)가 장착된 기판(17)이 구비되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 서모스탯 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판(17)은 상기 밸브부재(13)의 밸브 플레이트 형태의 플랜지(14)에 부착된 밸브 시트(16)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서모스탯 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 받침대(25)는 적어도 두 개의 레그에 의해 상기 기판(17)에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서모스탯 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판(17)은 브릿지(23)에 의해 연결된 내부 칼라(22)를 구비하고 있고, 상기 내부 칼라(22)에는 상기 서모스탯 작동부재(10)의 하우징(11)이 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서모스탯 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 서모스탯 작동부재(10)의 하우징(11)은 링 밴드군(19)을 구비하고, 상기 링 밴드군(19)에는 밀봉 링(21)이 끼워져 있으며, 상기 밀봉 링(21)은 상기 밸브부재의 밸브 플레이트 형태의 플랜지(14)에 연결된 넥(18)에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서모스탯 밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기판(17)의 내부 칼라(22)는 상기 서모스탯 작동부재(10)의 하우징(11)의 링 밴드군(19)에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서모스탯 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판(17)은 하우징부(28)에 고정되어 있고, 상기 하우징부(28)는 냉각재 순환을 위한 적어도 하나의 접속부(33), 및 전도를 위한 공급부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서모스탯 밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 작동 피스톤(12)으로 향한, 상기 서모스탯 작동부재(10)의 상기 하우징(11)의 말단은 상기 하우징부(28)의 덮개 형태의 안내부(31)에 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서모스탯 밸브.
