Claims (17)
- 미립자 상태의 고형 윤활제 및 상기 고형 윤활제를 와이퍼 블레이드 러버에 고정시키기 위한 접합제를 포함하하며, 상기 접합제가 건조 또는 경화 후 1MPa 이상의 0.5%계수 및 1% 이상의 파단 신장율을 갖는 와이퍼 블레이드 러버용 코팅제.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합제에 대한 고형 윤활제의 부피비가 0.25 내지 1.0인 와이퍼 블레이드 러버용 코팅제.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합제에 대한 고형 윤활제의 부피비가 0.4 내지 0.7인 와이퍼 블레이드용 코팅제.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고형 윤활제가 흑연 미립자인 와이퍼 블레이드용 코팅제.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합제는 우레탄 수지, 폴리아미디마이드 수지 및 에폭시 수지 중의 어느 하나로 이루어진 와이퍼 블레이드용 코팅제.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합제는 건조 또는 경화 후 4MPa 이상의 0.5%계수 및 2% 이상의 파단 신장율을 갖는 와이퍼 블레이드용 코팅제.
- 그의 립 부분 양면에 코팅 필름이 구비되되, 상기 코팅 필름이 입자 상태의 고형 윤활유 및 접합제를 포함하며, 상기 접합제가 1MPa 이상의 0.5%계수 및 1% 이상의 파단 신장율을 갖는 와이퍼 블레이드 러버.
- 제7항에 있어서,직렬형 와이퍼 블레이드 러버의 립 부분 양면에 코팅제를 도포하는 공정과, 상기 코팅제를 건조 또는 경화시키는 공정과, 상기 립 부분의 측면에서 코팅막의 경계부가 형성되도록 립 부분의 종단부를 절단하는 공정을 포함하는 방법에 의해제조되는 와이퍼 블레이드 러버.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 코팅막이 2 내지 10 ㎛ 의 두께로 이루어지는 와이퍼 블레이드 러버.
- 제7항에 있어서,와이퍼 블레이드 러버를 구동시키기 위한 모터의 단자 전압이 7V일 때, 발수처리된 유리와의 정지 마찰계수가 0.65 이하인 와이퍼 블레이드 러버.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 접합제에 대한 고형 윤활제의 부피비가 0.25 내지 1.0인 와이퍼 블레이드 러버.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 접합제에 대한 고형 윤활제의 부피비가 0.4 내지 0.7인 와이퍼 블레이드 러버.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 고형 윤활제가 흑연 미립자를 포함하는 와이퍼 블레이드 러버.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 접합제가 우레탄 수지, 폴리아미디마이드 수지 및 에폭시 수지 중의 어느 하나로 이루어지는 와이퍼 블레이드 러버.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 접합제가 건조 또는 경화 후 4MPa 이상의 0.5%탄성계수 및 2% 이상의 파단 신장율을 갖는 와이퍼 블레이드 러버.
- 직렬형 와이퍼 블레이드 러버의 립 부분 양면에 코팅제를 도포하는 공정과, 상기 코팅제를 건조 또는 경화시키는 공정과, 상기 립 부분의 측면에서 코팅막의 경계부가 형성되도록 립 부분의 종단부를 절단하는 공정을 포함하며, 상기 코팅제가 미립자 상태의 고형 윤활제 및 접합제를 포함하고, 상기 접합제가 건조 또는 경화후에 1MPa 이상의 0.5%의 탄성계수 및 1% 이상의 파단 신장율을 갖는 와이퍼 블레이드 러버의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 코팅제를 건조 또는 경화시키는 공정은 약120℃에서 약30분 이하의 조건하에서 코팅제를 열처리하는 단계로 이루어지는 와이퍼 블레이드 러버의 제조방법.
