Claims (11)
- 외벽 (15) 내에 배열된 다수의 평행한 촉매관 (17)들을 포함하는 촉매관 다발 (18)을 가지며, 또한 촉매관 (17)들 주위를 흐르는 열 전달 매질을 도입하고 배출하기 위한 수단을 가지고, 관 간격 t 대 촉매관의 외경 da의 비 t/da가 1.3 이상인 다관 반응기 (13).
- 제1항에 있어서, 관 간격 t 대 촉매관 (17)의 외경 da의 비 t/da가 촉매관 다발 (18)의 횡단면적이 증가함에 따라 커지는 것인 다관 반응기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매관 다발 (18)이 4m 이상의 외경 dRBa를 가지는 거의 원형의 횡단면을 갖는 것인 다관 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매관 다발 (18)의 외경 dRBa가 4m 내지 12m이고, 관 간격 t 대 촉매관 (17)의 외경 da의 비 t/da가 1.3 내지 1.6의 범위 내에 있는 것인 다관 반응기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 촉매관 다발 (18)의 외경 dRBa가 4m 내지 10m이고, 관 간격t 대 촉매관 (17)의 외경 da의 비 t/da가 1.3 내지 1.5의 범위 내에 있는 것인 다관 반응기
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매 관 다발 (18)이 열 전달 매질의 흐름 방향에 평행하게 측정된, 관 다발 깊이 dRBt가 1.3m 이상이고 거의 직사각형의 횡단면을 가지는 것인 다관 반응기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 촉매관 다발 (18)의 깊이 dRBt가 1.3 내지 4m이고, 관 간격 t 대 촉매관 (17)의 외경 da의 비 t/da가 1.3 내지 1.6의 범위 내에 있는 것인 다관 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매관 다발 (18)이 10,000 내지 50,000 개의 촉매관 (17)들을 가지는 것인 다관 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기가 촉매관 (17)들의 종방향에서, 각각의 대역에 상이한 온도의 열 전달 매질의 흐름이 제공되는 두 개 이상의 대역 (36, 37)으로 분할되는 것인 다관 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다관 반응기의 촉매적 기상 반응을수행하기 위한 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다관 반응기의 산화 반응, 특히 무수 프탈산, 무수 말레산, 아크릴산, 아크롤레인, 메트아크릴산, 글리옥살, 포스겐, 시안화 수소산 또는 비닐 포름아미드 제조를 산화 반응을 수행하기 위한 용도.
