Claims (5)
- 퍼라이트 정석을 2가지 이상의 입도별로 각각의 입도별 퍼라이트 정석 사일로에 저장하는 단계;상기 입도별로 저장된 퍼라이트 정석을 다수의 입도별 퍼라이트 팽창로로 이송하여 팽창시키는 단계;상기 각각의 팽창로에서 입도별로 팽창된 퍼라이트를 이송하여 각각의 입도별 팽창퍼라이트 사일로에 저장하는 단계;상기 입도별로 저장된 팽창퍼라이트를 목적하는 입도분포에 의해 혼합하여 혼합 팽창퍼라이트를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 혼합 팽창퍼라이트를 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 팽창퍼라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 단계간 재료이송은 중력 방향으로 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창퍼라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 팽창로와 입도별 팽창퍼라이트 사일로 사이에 선택적으로 공냉식, 수냉식 및 혼합식 중에서 선택된 냉각단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 팽창퍼라이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다수의 팽창로는 이송된 퍼라이트 정석의 입도에 따라 최적 화염온도와 팽창시간이 각기 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창퍼라이트의 제조방법
- 퍼라이트 정석을 2가지 이상의 입도별로 각각의 입도별 퍼라이트 정석 사일로에 저장하는 단계;상기 입도별로 저장된 퍼라이트 정석을 혼합시키는 단계;상기 혼합된 정석을 이송하여 퍼라이트 팽창로에서 팽창시키는 단계;상기 팽창된 팽창퍼라이트를 이송하여 사일로에서 저장시키는 단계;상기 저장된 팽창퍼라이트를 포장하는 단계를 포함하되, 각 단계간 재료이송은 중력방향으로 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창퍼라이트의 제조방법.
