Claims (4)
- 화소셀이 마련되고 상기 화소셀내에 배향된 배양막이 포함된 상부기판 및 하부기판 사이에 액정이 주입되는 액정표시장치의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 화소셀내에 트위스트 네마틱액정 및 카이랄 도펀트를 소정비율로 혼합하여 주입하는 단계와,상기 화소셀의 특정부분상에 마스크를 형성하는 단계와,상기 화소셀을 노광하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 카이랄 도펀트는 광에 반응하여 고분자로 변하는 단일분자 카이랄 도펀트와 광에 반응하지 않는 저분자 카이랄 도펀트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상부기판 및 하부기판 상에 형성된 상기 배향막중 어느 하나의 배향막만을 러빙하여 배향하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화소셀은 상기 마스크의 형상에 따라 상기 화소셀내에 상기 마스크는 대칭적인 삼각형과 역삼각형 패턴으로 형성되어 상기 화소셀을 4분할 하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
