Claims (3)
- 정수기의 저수탱크에 저수된 물을 직접 냉각하거나 가열하기 위한 냉매 및 온수용 발열히터 파이프를 상기 정수기의 저수탱크 상판 적소에 설치 가능하도록 하는 플랜지에 있어서,결합공이 중심에 관통·형성되는 몸체와 상기 몸체의 외주에 나사산이 형성되는 나사부 및 상기 몸체의 하부에 형성되는 테두리의 형상을 갖도록 제작된 소정 형상의 금형 내부에 사출성형 재료를 주입하는 한편, 상기 사출성형 재료가 주입된 금형의 결합공 일측으로부터 몸체의 상부측으로 소정 부분 돌출되도록 상기 파이프의 외경 보다 내경이 큰 소정 크기의 금속 파이프를 삽입하여 사출성형기를 통해 사출성형하여 제작한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형에 의한 냉·온수 파이프 결합용 플랜지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속파이프는 상기 몸체의 결합공 내측에 위치한 끝단이 외측으로 벌어져 상기 플랜지의 사출성형시 상기 금속파이프의 벌어진 부분이 사출물에 몰입되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형에 의한 냉·온수 파이프 결합용 플랜지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매 파이프는 내부 파이프와 외부 파이프 이중으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형에 의한 냉·온수 파이프 결합용 플랜지의 제조방법.
