Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- (i) 제올라이트(zeolite) 담체의 양이온을 알칼리 금속의 양이온으로 치환시켜 제조된 알칼리 촉매 및 유전체를 플라즈마 반응기 내에 충진하는 공정;(ii) 상기 반응기에 유해물질을 포함하는 가스를 주입하는 공정; 및,(iii) 상기 반응기에 전력을 공급하여 저온 플라즈마를 발생시킴으로써 상기 유해물질을 분해 또는 산화시키는 공정을 포함하는 알칼리 촉매를 이용한 저온 플라즈마에 의한 유해가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트 담체는 구슬, 펠렛 또는 하니콤 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 촉매를 이용한 저온 플라즈마에 의한 유해가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유전체는 유리, 세라믹, 수정 또는 BaTiO3인것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 촉매를 이용한 저온 플라즈마에 의한 유해가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유해물질은 VOCs(volatile organic compounds), PFCs(perfluorocompounds), CFCs(chlorofluorocompounds), 다이옥신 및 질소산화물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 촉매를 이용한 저온 플라즈마에 의한 유해가스 처리방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 PFCs(perfluorocompounds)는 질소를 함유하고 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 촉매를 이용한 저온 플라즈마에 의한 유해가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전력은 교류전력 또는 펄스전력인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 촉매를 이용한 저온 플라즈마에 의한 유해가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촉매 및 유전체를 플라즈마 반응기 내에 충진하고 Pt, Pd, Rh 또는 V로치환된 전이금속 조촉매를 추가로 충진하여 촉매의 내구성을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 촉매를 이용한 저온 플라즈마에 의한 유해가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유해물질을 포함하는 가스에 수분 또는 과산화수소를 첨가하여 래디칼 생성을 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 촉매를 이용한 저온 플라즈마에 의한 유해가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유해물질을 포함하는 가스를 주입하고 아르곤 또는 헬륨 가스를 추가로 주입하여 플라즈마를 안정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 촉매를 이용한 저온 플라즈마에 의한 유해가스 처리방법.
