Claims (12)
- 건물의 외벽에 설치되어 태양에너지를 취득함과 동시에 실내 냉난방기에 투입된 에너지가 벽체를 통해 외부로 방산되는 것을 방지하는 복합단열 구조체에 있어서,상기 외벽에 태양에너지가 원활하게 공급될 수 있도록 광투과성을 갖고 내부의 에너지가 외부로 방산되지 않도록 단열성을 갖는 투명 단열재와,상기 투명 단열재를 보호하기 위해 소정의 간격을 두고 전방에 설치되는 보호판과,상기 보호판과 투명 단열재에 의해 형성된 공기층에 설치되어 공급되는 태양에너지의 공급을 차단하는 차양장치 및,상기 투명 단열재를 투과한 태양열을 흡수하여 외벽에 공급하는 태양열 흡수체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 단열재는 공기에 의한 대류현상을 억제할 수 있는 칸막이 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호판은 유리나 플라스틱으로서 그 표면에는 적외선 방사를 억제할 수 있도록 선택 흡수막이 코팅 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 차양장치는 롤러 블라인더나 베네시안 블라인더인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 단열재는 평행한 얇은 판(parallel slat)이 상기 태양열 흡수체에 평행하게 다수 적층되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 단열재는 평행한 얇은 판(parallel slat)이 상기 태양열 흡수체에 수직하게 다수 적층되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 단열재는 벌집(honeycomb)구조나 모세관(capillary)구조로 상기 태양열 흡수체에 수직하게 다수 적층되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 단열재는 내부에 공동이 다수개 형성될 수 있도록 상기 태양열 흡수체에 수평하고 수직하게 적층하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투명 단열재는 폴리카본네이트(polycabonate)나 폴리메틸메타아클레이트(polymethlmethacrylate)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 단열재는 균일물을 고정체에 충진한 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 균일물은 유리섬유(glass fiber)나 실리카 에어러졸(silica aerosol)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 태양열 흡수체는 태양열을 잘 흡수하는 흑체나 금속제판으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합단열 구조체.
