Claims (3)
- 입수관을 거쳐 제공되는 액체에 포함된 불순물을 제거하기 위한 필터(Filter)와,상기 필터에 의해 감압된 유체에 압력을 제공하는 펌프(Pump)와,상기 펌프에 의해 가압된 유체의 이동을 안내하는 튜브(Tube)와,상기 튜브 내의 유체에 포함된 균을 가열방식으로 살균하는 가열쳄버(Heating Chamber)와,상기 가열쳄버 상단에 형성된 열원(Heating Source)으로서, 내부의 유체에 마이크로파(Microwave)를 조사하는 마그네트론(Magnetron)과,내부에 상기 입수관을 통해 제공된 차가운 액체로 충진되어 상기 가열쳄버에 의해 살균 완료되어 전달되는 튜브내의 액체의 온도를 상온으로 냉각시키는 냉각쳄버와,상기 냉각쳄버를 통과하여 토출되는 유체의 이동량을 감지하고, 감지결과를 출력하는 유량계를 포함하여 이루어지는 마이크로파를 이용한 액체 살균장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서; 상기 튜브는내열, 내식, 무독성 재질로서, 상기 가열 쳄버 및 냉각 쳄버 내에 지그재그(zigzag)로 형성되며, 방향전환부분이 "U"자형으로 굽어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 액체살균장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서; 상기 유량계의 감지결과를 전달받아 상기 마그네트론 및 펌프의 구동을 제어하는 제어부가 부가되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 액체살균장치.
