Claims (4)
- 유체가 이송되는 관(10)과,상기 관(10)의 내경 안쪽에서 관벽을 둘러싸도록 구비되고, 내경 중심부와는 신축부재(31)를 통해 격리되는 자성유체(30)와,상기 자성유체(30)에 자기장을 가하기 위한 것으로, 상기 관(10)의 길이 방향을 따라 일정한 간격으로 교호적으로 설치되며, 일측면에는 코일(21)이 감겨져 전류 인가시 그 양단으로부터 관 또는 관경 방향으로 자기장을 발생하는 복수의 마그네틱 요크(20)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성유체를 이용한 리니어 펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자성유체(30)는 상기 관(10)의 외주측에 상기 관(10)의 일측 단부로부터 반대측 단부로 연결되는 순환로(32)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성유체를 이용한 리니어 펌프.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 순환로(32)는 신축부재(31)의 양단이 관(10)의 외주측을 통해 연결됨으로써 상기 관(10)의 외주면과 상기 신축부재(31) 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 자성유체를 이용한 리니어 펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 마그네틱 요크(20)는 대략 'C' 형상으로 이루어져 그 양단부 사이에 상기 관(10)이 위치되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자성유체를 이용한 리니어 펌프.
