Claims (4)
- 생물학적으로 이용될 수 있는 탄수화물, 아미노산, 비타민 및 염류, 그리고 인슐린, 소듐 셀레나이트, 인간의 트랜스페린, 히드로코티손 및 EGF(epidermal growth factor)를 포함하는 pH 7.4 내지 8.4인 배지에서, CO2가 1 내지 5% 함유된 대기 조건하에, 모낭 세포를 배양시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 모낭 세포의 배양 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 pH는 7.8 내지 8.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 모낭 세포의 배양 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 pH 조정 수단으로서 중탄산염 완충용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모낭 세포의 배양 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 pH 조정 수단은 배지에 첨가되는 저장 알칼리인 탄산염을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모낭 세포의 배양 방법.
