Claims (21)
- 탄성중합체는 주입성형과 또는 압출될 수 있고, 충전제는 포함하는 금속 비가 매우 높아서 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체의 비저항이 기껏해야 1Ω.cm가 될 정도인 탄성중합체의 분자층 구조와 또는 첨가제로 특성화된 전기 비전도성 매트릭스 물질과 충전제를 종속적으로 포함하는 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 금속비가 매우 높아서 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체의 비저항이 기껏해야 1Ω.cm가 되는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 충전제의 비저항이 기껏해야 0.01Ω.cm라는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질의 점도가 점도 곡선 매트릭스 물질의 분자층 구조와 또는 첨가제가 0.671878-1 이하라는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체. (여기서 η은 점성[Pas], r은 물질의 전단율[S-1]이다.)
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질의 점도는 점도 곡선 매트릭스 물질의 분자층 구조와 또는 첨가제가 0.120327-1이하라는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질이 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 혼성중합체를 포함한다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질이 주성분으로 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 혼성중합체를 포함한다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질이 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 혼성중합체화 혼합되지 않은 중합체를 포함한다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질이 주로 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 혼성중합체를 포함한다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질이 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 혼성중합체를 포함한다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 제 9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질이 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 혼성중합체와 혼합되지 않은 중합체를 포함한다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 충전제의 충전인자가 전체 탄성중합체 부피의 5%라는 점에서 특성화된 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 탄성중합체의 분자층 구조와 충전제 함유량, 크기, 형태는 탄성중합체의 경도가 65 Shore A일 정도로 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 탄성중합체의 분자층 구조와 충전제 함유량, 크기, 형태는 탄성중합체의 경도가 50 Shore A일 정도로 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질이 부분적이라도 교차 결합되었다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 금속을 포함하는 충전제의 충전 인자가 전체 탄성중합체 부피의 30%라는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 금속을 포함하는 충전제의 전기전도성 충전제가 금속을 코팅한 입자라는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 코팅한 금속이 은을 포함한다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 전기전도성 충전제가 니켈을 포함한다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 상기 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 전기전도성 충전제가 적어도 두 개의 상이한 입자 형태를 포함한다는 점에서 특성화된 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체.
- 제 1항 내지 20항에 있어서, 설명한 전기전도성 열가소성 수지 탄성중합체로 제조된다는 점에서 특성화된, 실링과 또는 EMI 차폐 생성물.
