Claims (3)
- 기판(110) 상측으로 실장되는 DR(120)이 캐비티(130)의 내측으로 설치되는 DRO의 주파수 조정구조에 있어서,상기 기판(110)상에 위치된 DR(120)과 상기 DR이 내설되는 캐비티(130)의 상측 덮개부(140)상에 구형 요홈(150)이 소정 형상으로 요설되어 형성되는 제1 단면(160)과,상기 제1단면(160)인 구형 요홈(150) 내측으로 재차 구형 절곡요홈(170)이 소정 형상으로 요설되어 형성되는 제2 단면(180) 및,상기 구형 절곡요홈(170)의 절곡에 의해 제2 단면(180)이 캐비티(130) 내측으로 절곡되어 DR(120)과 일정간격(t) 이격되어 설치토록 되는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 DRO의 주파수 조정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 단면(180)을 형성하는 구형 절곡요홈(170)은, 제1단면(160)을 형성하는 구형 요홈(150)의 깊이보다 깊게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DRO의 주파수 조정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1단면(160)과 제2단면(180)의 일측에는 절결홈(190)이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DRO의 주파수 조정장치.
