Claims (8)
- 편광판이 일면에 배치되는 제1 기판과;이 제1 기판과 평행하게 배치되는 제2 기판과;이 제2 기판과 마주 보는 상기 제1 기판의 일면에 형성되는 제1 전극과;상기 제1 기판과 마주 보는 상기 제2 기판의 일면에 형성되는 반사층과;이 반사층을 통해 반사되는 빛의 반사효율을 증진시키는 미세 입자를 보유하여 상기 반사층 위에 형성되는 요철층과;이 요철층 위에 형성되는 제2 전극; 및상기 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 배치되는 액정층을 포함하는 반사형 액정 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미세 입자가알루미늄, 다이아몬드, 유리 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 액정 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 미세 입자의 크기가 0.5∼50㎛ 로 이루어진 반사형 액정 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사층 위에 평탄화층이 형성되는 액정 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판 위에 위상차 필름이 배치 형성되는 액정 표시장치.
- 요철을 형성하기 위한 미세 입자 및 접착 성분을 갖는 물질을 포함하는 요철층 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 요철층 조성물을 액정 표시장치용 기판 위에 스프레이하고 경화시켜 요철층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 접착 성분을 갖는 물질이 에폭시계로 이루어진 액정 표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 미세 입자가알루미늄, 다이아몬드, 유리 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 액정 표시장치의 제조방법.
