Claims (5)
- 페이스플레이트, 애노드측 기판 및 측면부재로 이루어진 진공용기 및 페이스플레이트와 애노드측 기판 사이에 설치된 음극을 구비한 형광표시관에 있어서,페이스플레이트의 내면에 개구부와 비개구부로 이루어진 의사 하프미러용 금속막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 형광표시관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,페이스플레이트의 내면 전면(全面)에 상기 금속막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 형광표시관.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 금속막이 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광표시관.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 개구부와 비개구부를 격자형상으로 배열한 것을 특징으로 하는 형광표시관.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 금속막에 게터의 피착막 확인용 백색 부분을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 형광표시관.
