Claims (6)
- 폐섬유가 무게비로 50wt% 내지 98wt% 사이이고 형태를 유지시키는 가공제의 고형분이 무게비로 0.2wt% 내지 50wt% 사이로 조성되며 수분 및 잔류물이 0.1wt% 내지 20wt% 사이로 존재하는 것으로 밀도가 0.5g/cm3 내지 3g/cm3 사이이며 통기성을 갖는 섬유판재
- 제1항에 있어서 보다 바람직하게는 폐섬유가 무게비로 1wt% 내지 98wt%, 신제인 섬유가 1wt% 내지 98wt% 사이로 존재하며 형태를 유지시키는 가공제의 고형분이 무게비로 0.2wt% 내지 50wt%, 수분 및 잔류물이 0.1wt% 내지 20wt%, 첨가물이 무게비로 0wt% 내지 10wt% 사이로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유판재
- 제1항과 제2항에 있어서 폐섬유와 제2항에 있어서 섬유가 에스테르, 아마이드, 아크릴, 모다크릴, 비닐알콜, 프로필렌, 사카라이드, 콜라겐, 단백질, 글리콜라이드, 글리콜산, 락타이드, 젖산, 카프로락톤, 디옥사논, 트리메틸렌 카보네이트, 또는 디메틸 트리메틸렌 카보네이트 등으로 이루어진 군에서 이루어진 단독 중합체, 이들의 공중합체, 혼합물 또는 브렌드물이 인위적으로 합성되어 방사된 섬유와 천연에서 얻어진 섬유가 한 가지 또는 두 가지 이상 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유판재
- 제1항과 제2항에 있어서 가공제의 고형분이 비닐계, 우레탄계, 에폭시계 등의 반응성 유기화합물과 에스테르, 아마이드, 아크릴, 모다크릴, 비닐알콜, 프로필렌, 사카라이드, 콜라겐, 단백질, 글리콜라이드, 글리콜산, 락타이드, 젖산, 카프로락톤, 디옥사논, 트리메틸렌 카보네이트, 또는 디메틸 트리메틸렌 카보네이트 등으로 이루어진 군에서 이루어진 단독 중합체, 이들의 공중합체, 혼합물 또는 브렌드물의 수지용액 중 한 가지 또는 두 가지 이상 임의 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 섬유판재
- 제2항에 있어서 첨가물이 액상 및 고상으로 존재하는 4급 암모늄염, 키토산 등의 항균제, 황토, 규석, 옥, 실리콘 등의 원적외선 방사체, 페라이트와 게르마늄 등의 온열제, 활성탄소 또는 대나무숯 등의 음이온 방출제, 숯과 활성탄소와 같은 탈취제, 불소와 같은 난연제, 전도성 필러 및 탄소섬유와 같은 전도체 등이 한 가지 또는 두 가지 이상 선택되어 사용된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유판재
- 폐섬유를 정제하여 바인더, 유제 및 불순물을 제거하고 개면한 후 소면하여 균일하게 배열된 폐섬유 웹을 제조한 후 적정 두께로 적층시킨 후 2회 이상의 다단 니들펀칭공정을 거쳐 물리적인 물성과 보온성, 흡음성을 극대화시킨 폐섬유시트를 제조한 후 반응성 바인더 또는 수지용액과 첨가물이 함유된 가공제에 침적 후 예비건조, 열건조 및 성형을 거쳐 냉각하여 제조되는 고강도 통기성 재생섬유판재의 제조방법
